Monty Pythons' "The Piranha Brothers"

This is a video recreation of Monty Pythons famous "The Piranha Brothers" sketch. This sketch first aired on 09/15/70. It is on episode #14, which was the first episode of season 2. This video was shot about 15 years ago (circa 1994) in Hi8 format, and since I did not have a real editing suite at the time, was originally edited "Punch and Crunch" style. It is fairly primitive as a result. I have re-edited as possible, but the discerning viewer will note what looks like a sloppy edit. Sorry, this is because the some of the video clips just no longer exist. This is a very special version performed by "The Ruude Boys":

Thanks for making this, I vividly remember this sketch from my childhood. I have English parents and find/found Monty Python hysterically funny, when trying to tell my young American friends at school to watch it,,, they did but many didn't "get it"(also the language, British English vs US English seems hard for some),,, I only had a few friends who got the sarcasm and extreme comedic exaggeration. The Operation, where they selected a victim and threatened to beat him up if he paid them the so-called protection money. Then "The Other Operation" where they threatened not to beat him up if he didn't pay.... . Finally "The Other Other Operation"---In which if he didn't pay them, they would threaten to beat him up. This was the turning point..."---EUREKA!!(My note)

@@VestigialHead You may be right, I saw them from the beginning years...MOST of the money was made in the last 15 years by selling the rights to the original film companies...in the early Bri tB C days they didn't make a lot...Comedy like all art is according to what each individual viewer perceives/and or accepts...I have found moat of their work to be the best comedy I ever saw, you i am sure have yours and that is very very good. A teen will view a scene in the realm of 17 years well-concentrated life years, a person of 34 in a different light and an old dog like me G-d Willing to be 70 soon with 23 Grandchildren, some of them married in his way...yet...I remeber my 15th year as well as yesterday and all the amazing changes I had and still have by the hour
