1 cup mung beans
1 cup chopped onions
6-7 garlic cloves
1 tsp mustard seeds
5-6 curry leaves
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 kokum petals or 1 tomato
