More progress on the custom RC Jeep Cherokee crawler! I install inner fenders, print a roof rack, and add some subtle details to the body. I also upgrade the frame rails on the chassis.

I hope you don't mind if I give you some advices. If you put straight links between the upper apex points of the cassis lenghtwise that would eliminate a lot of bending flexibility. And some diagonal crosslinks (slightly arcing above the gearbox) would eliminate the twisting deformation without any significant weight addition.

Thanks for the comment. I've thought about doing that, but I really don't want to add a bunch of bracing and supports all over the chassis. Instead I've come up with a new frame design that is a relatively clean and conventional design like this one but much stronger. Some flex is okay as it can aid with off road performance. And theirs now worry about body or frame twist like you would have with a real vehicle.

Make It RC Also... you need WAY softer springs... you’d get less frame flex versus suspension flex while running if you did

your 3d printing skills are awesome man .... dont know why you have not made fender flares and bumpers to match.. cut off the old lexan ones and install your own brand.....
