Van Living New additions to the van Also I cook up some awesome breakfast burritos! Counting down the days till I hit the road. I will depart from San Diego Sept. 10th and head towards my first workamping job. Thanks for watching!
I bet when you made this video four years ago, you didn’t realize how popular your cooking in your videos would be!👍 since your End Of The Road video, I’ve been going back and watching your videos from the beginning. Those were my favorite.
You eat better than most any RV or van dweller on you tube. I notice you love onions and mushrooms!! I bet anyone passing buy your van would wonder where the great smells are coming from.
Great ideas! I recognize your new bucket cover/seat! I had the same and loved it! Someone actually stole it! Of all of my stuff, they stole my bucket!?!? 😂 I'm so excited for you!
Hey there....I'm a huge fan of your channel.i love your positive demeanor. Your cooking is always amazing and i must say I'm saving up to buy me a van so i can do a conversion......thank you for sharing your life with us.... I pray everyday for you for safe travels and i pray God keeps you safe and healthy..... Can't wait to see more of your adventures....... Can't wait until i can start my own... Be blessed
Those look so good!!! I am enjoying your videos, you do maintain a positive attitude, and seem to find enjoyment in the little things in life. You're really fun to watch!
Brian..some of your older videos have been coming up and enjoying your simplistic life. Years later you have stayed true to simple camping. Would like more of your music and tool carving in current videos. Be safe!
Smart idea using that walking stick to do double duty. Hunters have to look all around their hunt area so they had to invent the swivel. Cool for everybody!
Food is as much a fun part of my day as anything! I enjoy thinking about what I'm going to make for breakfast or dinner and cooking it and EATING is even more fun! Especially when your outside or just out of the box [not in the kitchen] Just something about it that makes it extra special. It's more gratifying and just tastes better in those circumstances! I'm really enjoying your videos! Thanks for taking us through your process! Oh, your swivel stool/toilet is great! Just what you needed!
I watched this video when I woke up this morning and was doing good till u got to the breakfast part then all of a sudden I was hit with great hunger pains and growling of the stomach lol 😌... Another Great Video Thumbs up 😊👍
I Really enjoy your videos. The wife and I are planning to live the vanlife and adventure the roads. Watching your videos give us a great idea of how its going to be and we see your enjoying it. Where still in the process of finding a van(home) so we are new at this but our minds are set that this is what we want to do. Keep up the vids and positive attitude. Thnx.
Hi Van Man~ I haven't been on my computer for a while, so I've missed watching your vids. I like your additions, and your breakfast made me hungry! Take care and stay safe~
This is what I admire most about Americans. They live a large life using as much resources as possible. But then they can also easily adopt to the life of meagre. Absolutely amazing life chosen in spite of all the options...
Loved the video. I have that same weber gas grill I bought for camping a few years back. Works great, attach your average 5 gallon propane tank to it and you will be able to use it for days!
I wish you all the best and so glad you're fulfilling your Dream, I have a Severely handicapped little boy but if things were different regarding his health I would certainly go for a tiny home for us, Lord only knows how it is now for us things aren't working out, but I Really Really wish you all the best my friend !!!
for your fold out table, instead of using the walking stick, you can get a dead bolt and install it underneath the table where it folds and lock and unlock it that way
I love cookin' in the van videos! Thanks for sharing about the sink too. I've been considering cutting a hole in my little counter-top to add a sink but I can't decide if it's worth it. I know I have to decide for myself but it's good to hear other people's opinions.
Glad you enjoyed it :) I have found its pretty easy to get by with out 'running water'. I only have a few dishes and utensils so clean up is usually pretty easy. The collapsible dish pan works out great for my needs. Thanks and take care.
All that recipe needed was some mozzarella cheese! Yummy! Happy travels from the Northwest. I like the new lay out but really like the front where u have a door separating the front from the back. Everybody wants a swivel seat to make more living space but I would rather have the safety and the temperature control! That front window can really put out a lot of heat.
I've been following you ever since you was at slab city with the interview with iam alien I really enjoy your video's cuz you're keeping it simple I'm hoping to get out on the road myself soon stay safe and keep experiencing the great outdoors and stay as free as the clouds. Joker
Hi Brian. Good videos with food that you cook for yourself. Yummy! There's alot of ppl now days would starve cuz they don't know how to cook. Safe travels :)
That looked delicious.... I will have to try that but not with meat...I love mushrooms and onion also.. Happy Trails.... I think hubby and I will be on the road camping again soon...
Go to Bed bath and beyond they sell these cutting boards $5.50 for 4 that are flexible they are flexible you can roll them up and slide a zip lock bag over the end invert and all your cutting is in the bag works great with left overs too that are not too wet. I like to put chips on the board wrap invert and seal I can portion up my chips and project how long it shall last. They are so affordable I use them when I fix sandwiches I have hard cutting boards still use the flexible since they allow me to keep a good edge on my knife since the knife is in contact with the plastic board vs the hard board. Smart man on your pan size a lot of vanners think they need small pots when they are on the road and that is nuts you need the largest frying pan you can handle you can use that pan size as a type of temp control.
two slices of wheat or sourdough bread. two eggs made like an omelette, I add picata, place on toast bread, then thin deli ham, American or sharp cheddar. serve with pickle
I enjoy watching your video and it seems to me that you really enjoy cooking. You need a dog for company. You are a wonderful person. God bless you and be safe.
Yeah, most videos I see of people's vans their sinks are usually full of misc junk. I'm sure some people use them as normal sinks but most I think just don't use them at all. That said, I'm sure people with much larger vehicles like RVs probably use their sinks a lot. Because they have plenty of table space for all their other junk.
Breakfast looked great! Was there a guy just hanging out in the truck that pulled up while you were cooking. It sure is nice when you have a spot to yourself!
So funny I have been using a small stool in the same spot! haha The swivel is nice on yours though. I had exact same experience with being on bed all the time.
I discovered your RU-vid channel from people at the RTR and so glad I found you. Love your videos. You have a great setup and it looks so comfy and homey. Question though, what kind of stove is that? I like how it's got the wide bottom but still small to store.
I have the exact kind of grill, and I know you can cover the rack with foil, but then you won't get as much smoky flavor in the food. Cleaning a bbq grill rack requires a LOT of water and is messy, where do you scrub and clean the grill rack?
Good video Brian.....gotta get me one of those grills, where did you buy yours? Also your little table and extension really worked out great, Makes the day start out easier and better for you..... TruckcamperJim
