The Law is clear, these sections apply “whilst driving a vehicle on a road.” Legally (case Law) he’s on a road, but legally, the journey is over. However, they could wait and stop him when he drives off. 3) Blocking his door / touching the car is not permitted anywhere in Law.

Please list as many people as possible at the top left-hand side of your letter-of-notification (chief-of-police, prosecutors, judges, politicians etc.,). and stick a postage stamp of the top right-hand side of your letter and your signature across it and date it. Please sign on the bottom left-hand side with- Executor and Beneficiary of (your name in CAPITAL LETTERS) This is now a properly posted LEGAL document. Post original to the police chief (notice-to-principal-is-notice-to-agent) and keep copies for yourself that should accompany your pre-filed court paper-work when-ever they bring charges against your Trust. (Template available should you wish to keep in contact)
