I enjoyed the 1st two stories. I'm not into the massage parlors, but it's interesting to hear about them. 2nd, story hit a little closer to home, as my mother has dementia and it's hard to deal with, while trying to live my own life. Kinda cool to listen to the 1st two. 3rd story: I can appreciate the lady boy. But, the sight of a "little elephant" is a deal-breaker. Total turn-off. I kept listening, though. It was a long story. The lady boy, the 5 day girl, another girl, multiple nights buying lady drinks, pool escapades etc etc. Plenty of aerobics and fun. Then, I remembered that this guy is married! 13 years to a Thai wife, who sent him to Thailand to check on the house they're building! I'm not making any judgments. I pay for play. But, I had a thought, while listening to this guy's saga. 3rd story author: Would you be ok, if your Thai wife was banging male prostitutes and going to bars, every night that you were checking on the house you're building for her in Thailand?
Interesting point This is however Thailand and experience has taught me it carnt be judged against western Ideals . I say good luck and enjoy. Great stories Peter as always The original and the best .
Peter great stuff. I wish I could read out some of my own stories as fluently as you do. You have a real talent for making the stories so engaging. I'm sure that many subscribers and viewers do not understand the amount of effort that goes into making each episode so presentable. I have watched other RU-vidrs telling or reading stories. Many of them have bad grammar or mispronounced English. Your fluency, tonality and story flow make it a pleasure to watch. Every thought of hiring yourself out to documentary film makers as a reader voice over?
Thank you that's very kind of you to say so but I think as far as documentary readers I think there are much more professional people than me I am an amateur
Good morning Mr Peter. Just tuned in to my favourite RU-vid Channel and watched/listened to the great stories - I must say that the background was most relaxing! I really enjoyed listening to these as usual, Thanks for continuing to upload for your viewers. Cheers 🍻
Peter, always great to listen to the stories. I just came back from a 48 day trip to Thailand. I did hope to see you while walking down Sukhumvit. I spent about two weeks of on an off in Bangkok as i travelled around the beautiful country. I had to laugh when you described the farrang who walk with carpets under their arms. That is exactly how i described the farrang in Patong when i spent two weeks there October 2023. I tell the girls i am from Thailand and they laugh, i tell them i like Thai but do not like farrang. When they ask why i tell them about the attitudes some have and i do exactly what you did put my arms up like i have carpets under each arm. I have spent 75 days total in Thailand beginning last October. I am planning to move there and have watched every video you have made along with others. I do very well in Thailand I am a calm and genuine person 57 from the USA. After traveling most of the southern part i have my favorite places and i also love Bangkok its also the best travel point. Later in the year i will most likely secure a condo in Bangkok for a year. Thanks Peter for your informative videos and great personality, best to you.. Thomas
Good stories again. About the third story, I find 5000 - 7000 THB per day a bit too much for a bargirl in a regular beer bar, 1000 - 1500 is more than enough. I know it's getting more expensive in Soi 6 and Walking Street. But in general this guy knows the game quite well and good thing he spends money on girls only when he is there and not sending money afterwards every month.
@ian-wu2bb Well, makes sense... the prettier they are, the more you have to pay but it happens rarely that a bargirl from a regular beer bar charges more than 1500 (besides the barfine) but I'm not sure from which bar this guy met that girl
I always like laugh at tiny details that people put in their stories to make themselves seem innocent, in the first story the gentleman said he been watching RU-vid videos on Thailand for 1 year but was unaware of the bar scene/ massage parlor but somehow found one immediately.
Yes, Peter do take care of yourself...keep a small bottle of aspirin (low dose 81 mg.) In your pockets. In every you feel ill, take 2/3 & water...head 4 clinic 😊
Thanks for the stories again Pete and always entertaining 🙂 I think there are a lot of really good and nice farangs tourists and expats over in Thailand and a few ratbags and dickheads. Keep staying in the first group Pete 🙂
How does that first older dude 60 year old etc find so many younger women half his age interested right away in "non-transactional" fun? It doesn't make sense to me. And without even using dating apps.
Peter when I stayed in Pattaya, at a hotel with a good set of regulars and English managers who freely would advise you and did a good job of stopping the beguiled making prats of themselves. These monger mishaps always seem to be like the same Billy No-mates types and they just seem to rely on what the girls tell them with usually the same result.
Funny how the first guy guesses the girls’ ages, “around 24” “maybe 32” 😅 2nd story was very well written, a stand out. 3rd story, the guy must be obsessed with aerobics, wanting 2-3 personal trainers at the same time 😂
5th for the algo, my 54 yr old new Thai gf asked for 50,000$ for dowry to mother, I then asked if I should give her sister a dowry as well as I do not yet know the culture lol
“I could never date a bar girl because you never know how many sponsors she has” Okay, you can probably change that to “Thai girl” and definitely any Thai girl going to Pattaya!😂
Over the years I've seen plenty of flair ups. Alcohol really doesn't help, however 99% of these things start from both partys being 'right' from there own point of view. The smoking thing is good example, your friend obviously feels he can light up whereas the information i looked up states under the Thai tobacco control rules 'Smoking is prohibited in all indoor public places, indoor workplaces, and public transport. Smoking is prohibited in the following outdoor places: facilities for exercise, sports training, sports playing, and sports competitions of every kind, public parks, zoological parks, and amusement parks, children’s playgrounds, and markets' Is a bar an indoor public place may be the question? One time somebody wanted to thump me for pushing in at a 7/11. It totally wasnt my intention just both of us aproaching the counter from a different direction. Another time a girl on a motorcycle tried to ride it on the pavement through a couple walking down Sukhumvit near Nana. The guy yelled at the girl to get on the 'fcuking road' an argument ensured and locals appeared in number's to back her up. He overacted, no doubt coming across as the drunk farang but if you're not used to Thailand this would seem an incredibly antisocial thing to drive through people on a bike. Overall not worth getting involved and if you are, back out with as much face as possible.
3rd story. I think the ego you talk about walking down the street appeals to very very small percentage of onlookers. The majority would think what floats your boat mate but NO THANKS
