I am a 71 year old retired yoga teacher/ caregiver. I have taken literally thousands of Qigong classes as time allows on line. I am a member of Marissa's Yogi site and practice it daily with gratitude. That;s where I first saw you a guest on her couples practice and looked you up. It was a one way turn. This Morning Dragon Qigong class is simply the BEST Qigong class ever on the planet. Just had to let you know. I am truly grateful.
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. With gratitude, so happy to stumble for more qigong exercise, which is so important for our body. Qigong has definitely transformed my health and I am grateful for all of Qigong teachers out there that are sharing their knowledge. For me, Qigong is the key to age gracefully, healthy and strong. Thank you so much. 🙏
Oh I needed this, I have been with a stomach virus or something doe the last 4 days. . At 64 I started Qi Gong about 9 months ago and it has been such an improvement overall, Even my 2 horses and goats are thankful I do it. 😄. By the way I have been sleeping in a hammock for 5 years and sleep better as well. I am so thankful for you.
I am asthmatic and always exacerbate with more vigorous exercise. I started with Qigong not even 60 days ago and I am finding my overall exercise tolerance is slowly but surely increasing. It has also really helped with work stress and I can see how much more focused I am. Thank you.
Thank you for the AM QI activation! I'm proud to be doing Qigong for the last year with Nick. I felt that I grew so much just having you and others helping along my journey! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Wonderful dragon practise, I loved every move. It was so calming to hear the waterfall in such a beautiful setting with your excellent instruction and peaceful voice.
I heard about Qi Gong superpowers, but I didn't know 'vanishing act' was on the list. 😄 Looking forward to your next video, 'Invisibility for Beginners.' Hope I can see you in it!
Good morning from Nova Scotia🙏This was a wonderful practice with beautiful scenery, love swimming dragon and all it does for mind and body. Thank you Nick for all you do for this community and for sharing beautiful Japan moments…❤
Hi, you are such an experience teacher, I am happy to have found your channel. All your videos are top notch. Thanks a lot. Your fan and supporter from another continent. L, f, 67
Exactly what I have been wanting, I'll be performing this when I first awaken and right before a strength or cardio workout. Been following you for a year plus know. STILL MY FAV TEACHER!!😊 Ps... love that you are in Japan... I am a black belt in Shorin Ryu Shorinkan (roots in Okinawa)
Where is that Nick? We live in a beautiful place similar to that in S France with gauges and beautiful running water, where we can swim to get away from the mosquitoes. Struck by the oranges whites and grays of rocks. Wonderful morning exercise - thank you so much! I have lost my teacher for Qigong as going to Art class now and can't afford both!
I didn‘t even know that the dragon stands for the spine and wasn‘t even looking for a Qigong exercise for my back - but it is always much needed as I have a lot of back pain. Thank you for this session🙏
Thank you for helping me to calm and focus, being fidgety in nature- this is the most wonderful way to start my day in a quiet manner, slowing me down before I start to tackle the tasks of the day haphazard and putting a little order in my chaos😂
Thank you for this beautiful practice in a gorgeous setting. So happy I discovered you!!! Always feel more aligned for my day when I practice qigong, even as a beginner.
I am spending most of my days studying either in a sitting or lying position. This practice has helped me so much. I feel like I've just oiled all my joints. Thank you 🙏😊
Nick, this is a nourishing ritual. I feel calm, centred and yet more alive and that aliveness is contained which means it's not spilling over and then dissipating. I appreciate your gentle voice, without music. You do find some magical locations which means you probably need to hike a long way to get there and present your Taoist wisdom. Thank you for sharing your essence. (from Australia).
That’s amazing to hear, I’m so glad it affected you in that way :) This one was actually an unusually short hike 🤓 Just a 2 minute walk up from a Shinto shrine. They usually build them near a source of clean running water so it can be used in the fountains. Such a fun place!
Thank you brother Nick. you have been my preferred Qigong channel for over 3 years now, devouring your classes. So grateful for my growth through you. Love you and bless your Soul
Somehow I missed this one when it first came out. I felt the most luscious cooling sensation in the vertebrae at the base of my neck after all the dragon daoyin. Really beautiful set! Thanks, Nick.
This routine is one I like coming back to again and again. Kind of nice to fall back in and immersing oneself completely to the fullest. What makes a perfect set of moves for every morning or evening is still a question for me.? Can you recommend a set? Thanks for sharing and taking the time to consider. 😊
Well, it's been a while since I've done any swimming dragon and I really enjoyed this version. Love the attention to the spine. Thank you, Nick, for all that you do. 😃
It's been a little while since I've done this wonderful session. So many options that you give us. All are so wonderful. And now to swim through my day. Thank you , Nick !
Happy Thanksgiving 🍁 This channel, which I started following this year, is one of the things I am most thankful for in 2023. I’m seriously thinking of signing up for teacher training so I can dive deeper.
Thank you for this practice Nick. I have found many qi gong routines but this one resonates physically , emotionally and spiritually for me more than the rest. Grateful🙏
That was wonderful. Like so many others I have had lower back pain. Intuitively I experienced this as just the righr sequence. Plus I found your voice very calming. Thank you so much Nick!
What an amazing setting and impactful practice to start my day! Thank you for sharing your adventure in this beautiful place. My body mind and spirit are renewed by clearing the stangnant swamp! Love the feelings evoked with your cues.💜😀
What a great session. Thank you. And such a beautiful location. I really appreciate how you find such lovely examples of nature to integrate into the practice and share them. I am looking to find a quiet place outdoors to practice also I feel it would enhance the experience.
What a wonderful routine. It feels so good to focus on mobility in my spine. Thank you! And I have a question: doing the Waterfall, are the backs of the hands touching as they go down? And are the sides of the hands touching as they come up?
I have been following you for several years now and (for me) this is the best short one you have ever done :) My body always loves swimming dragon. I can always pause at each movement and go slower and add more repetitions if I want a longer practice. Thank You! Happy Thanksgiving (even though your in Japan)
