Thank you very much Nick for making this peaceful & easy to follow sleep qi gong session & integrating the healing sounds & tai chi movements. Very good! I had a heated discussion with my aging father who had just undergone a major neck surgery to sleep earlier/not stay up doing things in kitchen that are potentially unsafe… earlier in the night & was disrupting my thought process & created stress within my body. I didn’t want to go to sleep with that heavy emotion/frusteration & this session helped me release what didn’t serve me & surrender/trust the process. God bless & wishing you an abundance of health & positivity. 🙏🏼✨🧘🏻‍♂️✨

This is working so well for me. I have done it 3 nights in a row now. The first time I felt a deep sense of relaxation. I did wake up during the night but easily went back to sleep. Last night I slept soundly throughout the night. That is rare for me. And I wasn’t bothered by unsettling dreams trying to process stuff and continually bringing me to the surface. I love the crackle of the fire. Thank you so much Nick.

Thanks Nick. This is my second time doing this practice. Will be back again. I find it calming but also refreshing and cleansing. Before the first time I did it I was holding some heavy energy and it really helped clear it away, bringing in a newness and positivity.

Have done this routine before bed for a few weeks now. So helpful to relax & go to sleep. This combined with putting tape on my mouth to make sure I nose breath at night has really improved my sleep quality & now I'm often sleeping right through the night

Love the 6 healing sounds. One of my favorite sets of all time. Thank you! When I teach them to kids I call them the healing winds and we pretend to be winds: loud, whisper, in our heads. It’s magic 🪄

Hey Nick, thank you for the great Qigong sessions. It's nice to see how you as a practitioner and your channel has been all growing, as I am an early bird in your journey. Good luck with all of that :) (*) I wanted to ask whether you could make a Qigong set for guys to activate masculine energy, sacrum, boost libido, confidence, fertility, increase testosterone ? - IF there are Qigong practises for that which you can show. Thank you Nick! I have just subscribed and looking for ways to deal with my Anxiety, depressed feelings and insomnia. I have quite Some difficulty accepting those feelings. Fortunately, I do have good times when I feel fine and happy. But these episodes of feeling down and anxious keep coming back. I am working on it in many ways and hope qigong Will contribute as well. Do you have any tips and tricks on acceptance? Thank again and I Will look through your video’s for more routines that might suit me.

I do this one nightly and ❤ it! The other video I love is the empath energy clearing one. I do both of them almost every day. When I skip one or both I notice how “off” I am the next day. Thank you. 🙏 I’m new to Qigong and am really enjoying learning from you.

This is wonderful before bed! Really helps my nervous system. I have cPTSD and good rest/sleep is hard to come by, but this helped me sleep well last night so I’m back tonight. 😴 thank you ✨✨✨✨

Hi Nick, I have only recently found your channel, can I ask for most of the moves when we are doing the healing sounds are we doing abdominal breathing rather than reverse breathing. thank you for a lovely soothing practice

Q? you use the Martial arts order for elements rather than the Medical (TCM) which I use for insomnia/sleep ... not entirely successfully but then age is a big factor in sleep issues. 😔😔
