Usually we shouldn’t have a headache or feel strongly overwhelmed, so maybe good advice would be to take it a little more easy. No exaggeration but trying to breaths smooth, especially in the alternate nostril breathing after the activating breath, so you can feel balanced and energized rather then overwhelmed 😊
I really love this! 🤍 Never did "Pranayama" before - who would have known, that I love this. I add it bevore my physical morning-yoga-practice. Thank you for adding new nourishing Inspiration to my everyday live - again! Hope you are doing well!
Hey Franziska, so happy to read this, thank you! Amazing you tried this out, even though it was new for you 👏 Its a great combination with the asana practice.. Have a lovely day 😊🙏
Thanks so much, so happy to read you liked it! I do love the breathing exercises as well, they are so powerful. I will make more videos about that in the future :) Thanks for the feedback!
Hey Rachele, so happy to read this! Thank you for sharing your experience and congrats on your practice! It is so rewarding to take time for yourself, isn't it 🙏
Hi dear, you can skip it and also the breath retention if it doesn't feel well. You can try after practicing the breathing for a couple of times and then see how it feels :)
I want to do only these two pranayamas without any other pranayamas or asanas.can i do?.because i have heard that kapalbati will increase heat in body.is it to be followed by seethali?or these two is enough to practise.please clarify mam
Hi Singam, yes you can practice only these two pranayamas without anything else. If you practice the sequence in the video, the alternate nostril breathing should be enough to balance your energy after the kapalbati 🙏 If you feel extensive heat in the body or don't feel comfortable with kapalbati for some other reason, I would recommend practicing only the anulom vilom (alternate nostril breathing).
