MORNING YOGA TO ENERGISE | YOGA EVERYDAY | HMFYOGA
Today’s yoga flow is a perfect way to energise the body first thing in the morning, or if you fancy giving yourself a 20 minute yoga break to perk you up in the middle of the day. This is an open level vinyasa flow yoga class, but it does have some more challenging and advanced options thrown in, so you cam take this at your own pace and adapt to suit how you're feeling today.
In this 20 minute morning yoga flow we strengthen and stretch the main muscles in the body, whilst also creating a little bit of heat and fire in the belly for the day ahead. We practise a few back bends in this morning yoga practise to open the chest and shoulders, which can be really energising and awakening for the body. Deep breaths and moving with one breath, one movement is a great way to focus and concentrate the mind.

HMFYOGA you are very welcome ! 🙂 And if I may give a little feedback, maybe you should organise your flows by theme (tutorial playlist, morning playlist, etc): it might make it easier for the user to navigate through. 😉😀

Lovely flow and a great wake-up. I got a sweat on and feel like my whole body had a workout. I struggle a little with puppy pose and had to come out early, do you have any tips for that?

Hey Claudie, thank you so much for choosing to practise with me :) I would say pop a block or pillow under your head in puppy pose as that might take away some intensity... Or just go to a place that feels good, rather than going too deep. I hope that helps and I will do a tutorial on that pose soon as I'm sure you're not the only one that has questions about it :) Hope you have a great week! xxx
