This is a wonderful mod. I’m a fanatical house decorator in ESO and I love browsing through the things vendors have. To do the same in Morrowind would be heaven! Extra realism could be achieved if it took a week to arrive and carried by a ticked off Morrowind UPS driver. 😉

Another angle would be to have a dedicated carpenter/ furniture builder Npc who makes stuff to order, as it would have been prior to the age of mass production irl

Hi DEG. As usual, lovely showcase of a nice new mod that will fill the gap for those players who don't want to build furniture with Morrowind Crafting, but still like to decorate in game. Good job, Joseph McKean. Thank you very much for the plug of my house mods. Most of my houses are indeed minimalist, and you nailed it as they are meant to be decorated in-game, which is one of my favorite ways to spend time in Morrowind. I've been thinking on and off about making more empty houses for the game and now this gives me more reason to open the CS.

I'm choosing to ignore that David Humphreys furniture mod is nearly 20 years old. Alright, ty. Also I just downloaded Furniture Catalog, game changer really! Doubt it will ever leave my mod list. p.s. I think last year I left a comment on Perfect Placement wondering if it would be at all possible to have it interact with David's furniture (knowing it was a long shot). So this is basically it, only better. What an amazing community we have.

For completely unfurnished houses, I like Houses for Sale By Coleen and Andoreth. It adds 12 unfurnished houses of various sizes all over Vardenfell. Unfortunately it was on Morrowind Modding History, so it requires the Wayback Machine now.

Furniture Catalogue is definitely one of those mods that has me drooling from the side of the road, cursing my luck that I can't use it because I'm on OpenMW. Such a clean and smooth implementation.

Dave Humphries’ Furniture Shop has long been one of my favorite Morrowind mods, but Furniture Catalog looks to be an improvement in almost every way.

Maybe someone could help me out here, but I could swear I remembered seeing a similar mod that let you place small, empty buildings, like Redoran style shell homes. That would make a fantastic compliment.

You're probably thinking of Ashlander Architect by ZackHasACat, released for this same competition. Unfortunately, the two mods won't work together, as Ashlander Architect was built with OpenMW Lua (and thus will only work on OpenMW) and Furniture Catalogue was built with MWSE Lua (and thus will only work on a traditional MGE XE Morrowind install).
