We know dinosaurs existed yes, but i don't believe it in the way the man in the video is telling us. It tells us in the days of noah that the Sons of God sleep with woman, and created men of renown(Nephilim). Genesis 6:5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. Matthew 24:37-39 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. So the last days before the coming of christ will be just like in the days of Noah, this means that the men during the time of Noah were advanced like us, to the point where every wicked imagination in their heads, they thought to do it. Where they would create amalgamations, gene splicing, the animals that God created mixing and matching to create abominations that were not created by God, which is why they were not allowed on the Ark and had to be destroyed. In our time period people are doing the same things, gene splicing creating abominations, trying to create a true AI, etc. They will be caught off guard when the Lord returns.

Sadly this particular claim is bcoming a dividing line that some use to attach heresy on Christians which oppose that belief. Death was a known concept to Adam because he could see it in nature. To think animals didn't die before sin of Adam is without any serious biblical ground. Adam and Eve didn't die because in the garden of Eden was a tree of life. It was for them, not for every single mammal in entire world. This strange teaching is just a fraction of claims that demand leaving observation of the world around us and going into full speculation mode. What is great is that we are saved not by believing in these obscure teachings but by grace of our risen Lord Jesus Christ.

I loved this! It was so cool! I picked up a picture book from a thrift store years ago called "Dinosaurs and the Bible" and some of the points made here were made in there too. Dinosaurs are fun to learn about and talk about: what better outlet to witness to others. 🌴🦕

I like the idea of dinosaurs. The sound the scientist recreated from the Parasaurolophus horn (or whatever they call it) kind of sounds like a trumpet. @@MrDuffnote Exactly. I don't have all the answers. Pandas teeth do not makes sense from an Darwin perspective OR a Biblical perspective. maybe there is more to it. Maybe teeth shape doesn't always correlate with diet? For example, gorillas are as harry as wholly mammoths so we would expect them to be artic animals yet they are definitely hot weather animals. Maybe there are exceptions to the rules or maybe we just don't have the rules figured out as correctly as we think we do.
@@MrDuffnote It has been said that all animals including carnivores can live full healthy lives if they are started on a vegetarian diet at a young age, but most vegetarian animals can not extract nutrients from a carnivore diet. This would make slightly more sense from a Biblical perspective than an evolutionary perspective.
Not to mention that living saltwater crocodiles get nearly twice as long and exceed a ton and extinct crocodilians like Deinosuchus went beyond 40 feet, yet they all started out as tiny (and really cute) hatchlings.

First of all, great video. I always thought the dinosaur's were a post fall creation. My reasoning is just because I happen to be familiar with it in the book of Enoch in 7:5 "And they (the fallen angels) began to sin against birds, and against animals, and against reptiles, and against fish, and they devoured one another’s flesh, and drank the blood from it." I get that the book of Enoch is not labelled as canon but my reason for thinking that the dino's (or dragons) were post fall creations is because they are the results of the fallen angels sinning against the reptiles. If sin against means to lay carnally with then that is possibly why that they were so huge. We know the giants (Nephilim) were big, they are the result of the fallen angels mating with human women. So I applied that logic to the dinosaurs being the result of fallen angel/reptile cross breeding. I like it as it is interesting but I admittedly have not had the time to read the whole book to see if it says something else or not. I like this video as well, though what I like does not matter because when or why something came to be doesn't matter as much as the Gospel which is THE TRUTH on why we as humanity needed a Savior, who is Christ Jesus our Lord, who lived, died and rose again for our justification. Is it safe to say that the ground would have been very soft when under water for quite some time so when their bodies sunk to the bottom they got buried in the soft mud?
I think dinosaurs are from God because God talked about behemoth in more like positive and majestic way "like this is his own creation", and other reason why i think dinosaurs/dragons are from God is that stories and sightings of mystical creatures like Mokale-mbembe or Murray come from people from present time so these animals must been on Noah's arch

I've always wondered about the size of the dinosaur eggs versus the size of the large dinosaurs. Could the large dinosaurs even lay those eggs and were the reproducing adults only intended to be smaller? I also wonder about the change in diet required as the dinosaurs grow that large.
Not just change in diet. Have you ever seen the small nostrils dinosaurs had to provide oxygen to their massive bodies. Fossilized tree sap aka amber has been found to contain bubbles that when analyzed have proven that our earlier atmosphere was comprised of much higher levels of oxygen in the past. This may explain how massive dinosaurs were able to breath and obtain the oxygen necessary to keep them alive. It also would explain how creatures such a dragonflies and other creatures grew to much larger proportions in the past...even though anatomically they were still cousins of the dragonflies of today.

Consider this, in todays world it's not like a new born live birth baby elephant is the size of a football. So why would laying a large egg back then be questionable by a dinosaur.

He said if you start with the wrong assumptions you come to the wrong conclusions and that is exactly what he did he is assuming the Bible claims the Earth is 6,000 years old . Something I have a problem understanding is how animals could have teeth and claws before the fall, or did the some animals who became predators suddenly got their teeth and ”nails” transformed into sharp teeth and claws? Maybe this is more consistent with how thornbushes suddenly appeared after the fall. The other way to interpret it would be to say that God already knew about the fall and created flesh eating dinosaurs and animals from the beginning but that they were docile. Perhaps that is a more correct theory?

Even if a lion, wolf or a cheetah would have different teeth in the beginning, their overall body is made for hunting and killing. And why are gazelles so fast if there were no predators. This explanation that there was a time without death has too many holes in it. It is debunked.

I'm curious what you say about radio carbon dating. I've never known what to make of it, but the technique seems to be evidence for the time scale claimed by scientists, which would refute what you said about the worldview informing their time scale being based on "nothing." Any thoughts?
There are assumptions made with all kinds of dating methods. Don't recall all of them now. For instance, they assume that the rate of decay is constant. They assume that there was none of the daughter material present in the sample. They assume that none was leached into or out of the sample. And, if they get an age that doesn't agree with their preconceived idea, it's tossed. I've heard of samples of rocks that have been formed after volcanic eruptions being dated as millions of years old. I also seem to recall that a living mollusk of some sort was dated as being a few thousand years old.
With Carbon 14 dating, they're assuming that the rate of decay is always the same. Of course, there's no way to know. No one can go back 1000 years and run tests.
@@dizzysdoings ill start off by saying i am an atheist but i do like truth more than deciding atheism is correct. that said. the decay rate has not changed at all as far as we have been able to measure it, so there is no reason to think it is not constant. also, decay does produce heat, it is the reason why the core of earth is molten. which in turn results in the fact that if the decay of billions of years was crammed to 6000-10000 years, we would be living in a ball of molten magma hotter than the surface of the sun. the radiometric dating of really old things is generally done via uranium-lead. and the thing with that is, its not just uranium into lead. the chain incorporates 8 alpha and 6 beta decays before eventually ending up with stable lead. each of the steps results in daughter elements which have their own half lives. so the ratio of each step is what is used. and while there still is a margin of error, that margin of error is generally stated in any scientific paper. its usually within 1% (depending on how much of each step daughter element there is in the sample). the dating of volcanic rocks, the issue there is that the dating method in question measures formed zircon crystals. and you cannot get accurate readings of them before they have actually formed. this is a known limitation to it. as for living mollusks being dated a few thousand years old. this would be a limitation in carbon dating. as in carbon dating is based on living plants taking the carbon (co2) from the atmosphere to build their stems and trunks from. (as well as animals eating those plants or other animals eating the herbivores in a chain). when the plant dies, it stops replacing its carbon from the atmosphere. which sortof starts a clock of decay halflife. unsurprisingly, because of how it works, ie, plants incorporating atmospheric co2 in them. carbon dating does not work properly when used on things that are not in contact with atmosphere (or were not when they were alive), such as mollusks underwater. now there is a way to get past this as a creationist and it is very simple. if i were to make a painting (if i could paint). of some mountains or something. i would want it to look realistic, have snow cover the tops, trees at the base, maybe paint some erosion lines. that picture would be seconds old, but still depict a mountain with proof of erosion, proof of growing trees possibly a few dead ones that would suggest at least hundred years of growth. or if i were to draw a tree, i wouldnt draw it with just one growth ring, id draw it with appropriate amount of rings for its size. it would have say a hundred rings which are proof that its a hundred years old picture. even if i just made it. doesnt mean id be devious on purpose wanting to hoax people. tho as said, i am an atheist and maybe that is a slippery slope argument, use your own judgement for that purpose.
Carbon dating is correct EVERY TIME they already know the answer. They have been proven wrong MANY times. Like when they found a 1.2 million-year-old woman's skeleton. That was until someone found her birth certificate. Yeah… more like 120 years old… You just never hear about the provable failures. That would ruin the narrative.
forget carbon dating, it's only accurate to 50k years. what REALLY shows the age of the earth is how Zircon forms, as it strongly rejects lead, but incorporates uranium (and thorium), which have measurably long half lives, nearly 4.5 billion years, and if you try to increase the speed of radioactive decay of this substance by any appreciable amount, you heat up the earth so much that all life dies. the amount of lead found in the oldest zircons prove the age of the earth is quite a bit more than a few thousand years, but you really gotta close your eyes to the obvious to be able to handwave THAT away.

This had me up until the part about T. rex eating plants…. The fully carnivorous teeth doesnt make sense to me, can someone explain ? My philosphy on life is the following: We should be living to better future generations. It's one of the biggest reasons I'm not very religious. I feel that the promise of a life after death makes life meaningless for us in terms of trying to better the world for future generations. The knowledge of not having anything after we leave this world should be enough to keep us spurred on to make the world a better place for those who come after us. The knowledge would be passed on to those who come after us. Think of it this way: it's what people always have done. Teaching our children, helping them grow as a person until they are ready to leave the nest. It's no different than any other living creature. My point is it's the idea of a spirit that carries on after we're gone that keeps us from making the world a better place. The reward for living a life well lived should be the knowledge that the people who come after you will be all the better for what you've done. People can be very narrow minded in their beliefs. One needs to looks at all the differing world veiws and belief systems and see them for what they are and are not at the same time--not on a factual or fictional basis, but for their pros and cons on a personal and scocietal level, without actually adhering to any particular one while also not outright rejecting any particular one. If everyone thought along those lines, the world would be a much better place and humanity would be all the better for it. The more i think about why various worldveiws or beliefs cut out points of their teachings the more i wonder if it will be detrimental to those groups for maintaning their followers in the long run. I guess from a standpoint of maintaining power, removing aspects that don't fit your agenda is a good way to do it. Back in those days religion had more power in controling scociety than government. It may be the other way around nowadays, but the technique is still the same. Like how Hitler burned books to limit knowledge that would conflict with his agenda, or how Russia bans a lot of website IP addresses so that the masses don't get to see the actual things Putin does and they keep beleiving their fake news since it's all they see and have access to. Even the US does this with how both Demacrats and Republicans use a voting system that makes it so that 99% of the population have an effectively 0% impact on federal policy while simultainiously making it practically impossible for a third party to come in and revise the system. The lesson to take away is that there is no single correct answer when it comes to personal beliefs. The moment you close off your mind to other ideas with cognitive dissonance and forsake open dialouge, the conversation is rendered pointless and the person has already lost.

So everything ate plants and fruits and veggies,,but when man sinned,,God punished every living creature on earth with eating meat?? Why not just punish humans??? The animals didnt do anything wrong! This sounds dumb...
@@MySkinnydip In Genesis 5 it starts with the generations of Adam on down to Noah so if there were animals and plant life 250 million years ago the generations story is rather lacking. There is no 250 million years from Adam and eve to Noah. Why can't people see this obvious flaw.
That had to do with what is still happening today. Will a man do what is right in his own eyes or what God has commanded is righteous. Cain gave an offering HE decided was righteous, but Abel gave what God had commanded. It didnt matter that Abel kept sheep, he used that as his sacrifice because it was what God required. Cain tilled the soil and decided his sacrifice should be from his toil. OUR sacrifice shouldnt be from our work, it should be as God has commanded. "If you LOVE me, guard/keep my Commandments/Laws" We are still trying to give God what we think is right not what He has commanded. The 7th Day is Set-Apart/Holy, in it you shall do no work.....why have so many decided to do it their way instead of God's way? Are we better, more holy, more intelligent than God? God had a plan for salvation BEFORE he even created the world and mankind. If you change the plan you will miss salvation because you wont be the righteous one doing what you should on the day your salvation is set to come. You will miss it, because you failed to follow HIS rules. You need to follow His plan, be where you need to be because ALL His right rulings are good and perfect and He doesnt and hasnt changed.
If you are referring to Abel's killing the animal keep in mind Adam and Eve didn't have children until after the fall. Romans 5:12 explains that sin came to us through Adam's sin. Our sin nature is passed on through our fathers down from Adam. Though Eve sinned first it was Adam's sin that passed to his offspring. We inherit our blood from our fathers and I believe that is where our sin nature came from. Since Jesus came from a virgin his blood was from his heavenly Father. Jesus was not affected by original sin. He had no sin nature. That is why He could stand in for humanity as the perfect Lamb of God.

If you were to do a calculation of how long mankind lived before the flood, it comes out to 13 times longer than we do today. If that's the case, then animals also lived 13 times longer than animals today. Also keep in mind that reptiles NEVER stop growing as long as they're alive. So if we took a normal 2-foot lizard from today, if he were living in the same conditions as reptiles before the flood...imagine how big that lizard would be. Also, we have to keep in mind that most depictions of dinosaurs are based on artist conceptions, often based off of the finding of one tooth or one bone. If you were to look at an actual picture of a T-Rex based on the skeleton rather than what we see on Jurassic Park, the T-Rex actually just looks like a giant lizard. So my theory is that, as life-spans became shorter, the lizards became smaller. Granted the large majority of dinosaurs perished during Noah's flood, but even the ones that boarded the ark and from which all their descendants came, would not reach the size of the ancient past. Even by the time of Moses, life-spans had gone from 900+ years to around 110 years. Then, by the time of David, he writes in Psalms that the average life of a man was threescore and ten, or 70 years, much the same as today. So, as far as the dinosaurs, it's like the old saying, "They don't make 'em like they used to."
The problem is why would we kill off only the dinosaurs including the small ones but not lions and hippos and bears and elephants that are so threatening seems kind of strange we would only kill dinosaurs including long neck ones that aren't threatening and eat leaves. Also if everything was a vegetarian why did some start to eat meat and grow special strong sharp teeth and have special dietary needs to make them have to be carnivores and some would stay vegetarians If evolution doesn't happen and if everything was a vegetarian at first
I always look for who can predict the next discovery. If the theory is correct, it will fit the facts, but it will also show us what facts are missing. It's easy to do with astronomy because of how mathematical everything is, but any theory should be able to make predictions.
He isn't making the story fit the facts. He admitted 25 seconds in that he tries to make the facts fit the story. Not willing to compromise on Genesis being a literal account, he twists and squeezes and shoehorns the data to fit the Biblical narrative. The exact opposite, in fact, of the scientific method.

Another reason we don't see dinosaurs anymore is many of them had lung capacities that were to small for the post flood atmosphere. They wouldn't have grown nearly as large and they would have had difficulty getting enough oxygen. Especially if they had to exert themselves they would only be able to do so for a short time and would need a long time to recover.
Wow, this is amazing, thanks for the excellent presentation. I didn't know they found soft tissue, I looked it up, it is true, good heavens. I also love the point about them all being herbivores before sin, excellent catch. Can't wait till they find a dinosaur with human bones in their tummy and see how they try to explain away that one. They will, of course, because the world view of the unbeliever requires it.
Well it isn't soft issue until after a bath in certain chemicals. The discoverer is a Christian woman who used to belief in young earth creationism untill she took classes concerning the topic of the age of the earth. In her words: I'd have to falsify data if I were to claim that the earth is 6000 years old. However she still beliefs in god and advocates for her belief, just not in a young earth and she does say that the fossils are millions of years old. She tells about her discovery and the misrepresentation of it in an interview with Aron Ra. If you have an honest bone in you, I dare you to look it up and hear her own words about it.
The model that I have played with is the advanced/ compression time model. Similar to when doctor strange moved the time stone and hyper aged the apple. It would solve the star light reaching earth issue (that is when they use the light of distant stars to calculate age based on loght speed). The compression would have stopped somewhere around the last days of creation. It's a personal solution, I practically invent my own solutions. I can do this, because I have enough proof to believe that now I can just tinker with the other hard to explain things. It's fun. And besides, there are like three/ two authorities based in ancient text that are worth taking seriously. The rest don't care how you live= they don't care= not a threat to me.
That is philosophy many great thinkers come from there, some lead to the big scientific discoveries we explore and improve yet to this day and others are mostly content spiritual fullfilment of your own mind.
The Planck satellite measuring cosmic background radiation has determine that the universe is on the same ecliptic as the Earth and that our Galaxy is at the center of the universe....hummm

What science can proof anything about that dinosaurs lived millions of years ago, none what science can disprove any of thse facts about fossiles none, but you know what scientists have done the past years, tell that smoking is healthy and trans people are real men and woman.
We have 350 and more different fossils of dinosaurs. Listening to this broadcast, I take it that there was not 350 pairs of individual dinosaurs on the ark just a species of the dinosaurs. How long would it take for one specie to evolve into 350 different dinosaurs and then to die out? Just seems a logical question. Maybe more than a couple of thousand years.
Dinosaurs are air breathing and lived on land but some may have waded in waters. Part of the die-off of dinosaurs I believe is due to a marked decrease of oxygen and air pressure after the flood. Air trapped in ancient amber (over 4400 years old) has been found to contain much higher concentrations of oxygen than today's atmosphere. Of course that makes sense as the massive dinosaurs found in the fossil record had nostrils insufficient to take in enough oxygen for their massive bodies to survive. Their growth could only be attributed to a much higher oxygen intake from an atmosphere rich in oxygen. This is also probably why our ancestors live hundreds of years...Adam was 930 years old when he passed away.

This also includes the age of the earth.Worldly scientist have been pulling years, lots and lots of years, out of the air to date the earth, as well as dating dinosaurs. I’m a christian who believes in an old earth and when I’m discussing this with friends or family I refuse to let it be a form of contention. I always say that I would never try to convince you that the earth is old because it holds no salvific purpose. If you want to believe the earth is young I think that is a strength, you read God’s word and you believe it. Period. There are few times it’s not literal (please don’t gouge out your eye lol) That said, you CAN believe the earth is old and still hold scripture as the word of God and not become a progressive “Christian”. Genesis is a unique book genre wise and can be discussed and interpreted different ways WITHOUT bringing scripture as a whole into question especially the grand story. I firmly believe that if you make it seem like you cannot be a christian and also believe in an old earth (and even evolution for that matter) then you unnecessarily put people at odds with the truth. Evolution and an old earth can be reconciled in a way that does not diminish scripture. This is a great video that expresses one side and if it persuades people awesome! , but please, christians, when you’re ministering, don’t make things like this primary issues. Bring them to the gospel (the important part) and let God work out their belief in secular science.
There's nothing in scripture that supports the idea that there was time before Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2. The Gap theory is for the theologically illiterate.

dragon legends were made because people have been finding dinosaur bones since very ancient times. they then made up stories about the animals the made those bones. not complicated. it is not like dinosaur bones were only discovered in the last few hundred years.
Are you saying that he's wrong about the science or he's wrong about the Bible? Ironically, he stated the truth that you end up with the wrong conclusion if you start with the wrong assumption. I do think he falls prey to this concept. I think by the grace of the Lord, the Bible has been written and translated in such a way that any individual can take from it what they want to believe. Seek and you shall find. That's why it's not a good idea to read the Bible without an ear for the Spirit. I'm about halfway through the video and he has some interesting takes and a good approach. I understand the concept of dinosaurs to be a part of the worldly narrative that is the alternative to the Truth, essentially Antichristian. Just like in the Garden, we had the choice of life or death, God or sin. Everyone has that choice.
You mentioned the fall of man but not the fall of those of the angelic realm. They fell because they sinned against the Most High, and are never to be redeemed. What the Most High made was good yet chaos (tohu wa-bohu) existed in Genesis 1:2. Man was made in the image and likeness of the Most High God, the angelic realm was not. They have a video on that aswell. All radiometric dating (carbon, uranium, etc.) is extremely inaccurate. Turns out, if you date newly cooled igneous rock, it will show to be a few million years old. (According to uranium dating) This is because we can only assume the initial ratios of the radioactive elements (and decay products) that make up what we are testing. It's a fascinating hole in he method that definitely has me re-evaluating my blind acceptance of modern theory. As scientists, we should always be open to being proven wrong. As a Christian, I understand more and more lately that humility is how I should face uncertainty. I don't blame you for finding humor in this video, but I say keep looking into it anyway; the worst that could happen is you have a couple good belly laughs... But we were taught that dinosaurs roamed without humans. Just didn’t make sense to me. All of this makes 100 percent more sense. They are afraid to connect dinosaurs with the Bible.
My main question about this video is this: why use multiple translations of the Bible? It would make more sense to prove this point using an understanding of key ancient Hebrew terms alongside a single translation (i.e. NKJV, NSV, RSV) when describing what is claimed to be a dinosaur in the Bible.
