🤯🤯This was pretty intense!! As I always say, Italian grammar can be difficult for native Italians too!! So don't be too hard on yourself if you are learning Italian as a second language 😉😉 Now tell me: how are you doing with these? Are you doing better than some native Italian speakers?😄😄 👇👇

There is an English word, vivacious, that kept coming to mind as I watched this video. It means wonderfully lively and spirited. Your excitement for your subject is wonderful. For some reason it really touched my heart.

In case someone is confused about why Un' is used only for feminine nouns, that is because Un' is shortened from Una and if the noun starts with a vowel, you have to put Un'. This is what I'm aware of. Correct me if I'm wrong. Your videos are very helpful! Thank you! Greetings from Romania

Very helpful Valentina. I saw in one of your videos using 'in' and 'a' and now I can't find it I would like to review it again because you gave greatness on how to remember which one to use. Thank you.

One of the most difficult grammar topics in Italian for a nonnative speaker, apart from the Congiuntivo, is the prepositions, they often don't coincide with your mother language. They say for a reason the Italian is a language of prepositions

I think, being fairly new to the language, that the only mistake I think I may have already made is not realizing that the accent mark on po' wasn't an accent mark, but rather an apostrophe. The same goes for un'amica. Now, thanks to you, I will know better. Grazie mille.

Bello video. Interessante non penso che madrelingua faccia questi errori. Una domanda, perché e non è ? È un pronome indiretto e bisogna usare con preposizioni? Grazie
@ItalianTeacherValentina

"Si" è un pronome riflessivo, "sè" o "se stesso" significa "one self". Spiego come usare i pronomi riflessivi in questo video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uJgKQ8-k13s.html

@@ItalianTeacherValentina grazie per la sua risposta. Capisco si è riflessive. Per esempio Si mangia buona pasta nell'Italia. Ma quando si usa sè invece si?
@ItalianTeacherValentina
@ItalianTeacherValentina 5 месяцев назад
@@Bryanhegstrom In quell'esempio "si" non è riflessivo ma impersonale ("si" è uno dei pronomi più complessi 😉). Usiamo "sè" o "se stesso" quando in una frase abbiamo bisogno di dire "oneself" esplicitamente. Es: è importante credere in se stessi

English people also mess up apostrophies and the subjunctive. People always say "if I was" and it just sounds wrong.

Si means oneself, sè means oneself. One uses accent, the other does not. But the meaning is the same. Why? Confusing.

"si" is the reflexive pronoun version, to be used with reflexive verbs. Please watch this video of mine on the subject to learn more: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uJgKQ8-k13s.html
