@@BlackMoridin1footgod is a power jumper, briz is a speed jumper. Briz utilizes speed more, which is why his best dunks start from full court. Jordan doesn't need that
That's actually a racist statement. I would have thought the idea that jumping had ANYTHING to do with skin color has been dispelled by rather OVERWHELMING evidence. I mean, Here's the list of the best high jumpers in the world. Note they represent literally EVERY ethnic group and region. It is the Training and talent not genetics that make them elite. www.worldathletics.org/records/all-time-toplists/jumps/high-jump/outdoor/men/senior
@@djcyborg I see, thats about as close as you can to palming the ball, he pulled it off pretty well and the ball didn't even come out of his hands while dunking. Same with Allen Iverson when he dunked the ball
Bro his vertical is crazier than Lebron. Him at 6’5 would be insane to watch. Nicks jump style is so elegant to watch i don’t know anyone else like that. Literally doinks off the ground.
Zach is on a WHOLE different level. Zach is doing 360s from the foul line with his bounce. Unmatched springs, which makes this IN THE WORLD claim a serious joke.
@@theadventurest4345 no he had baby hands look how he holds the ball when he does the one hand dunk at the begging he puts his hand underneath it because he can’t palm it.
@@itbecamepersonal6718 true, i got big ass hands but im unathletic as hell and only 5´9. can palm the ball like its nothing but my vert literally 5 inches
So he's running running running, and then after gathering himself, he turns all the forward momentum of his stride into upward momentum by jumping, now that sounds simple, but it's a pretty difficult technique. Some examples of guys that jump this way are Paul George, Russel Westbrook, and the young D.Rose. examples of guys that don't jump this way are guys like David Robinson, Hakeem Olajuwan and basically most everybody else. I guess the difference is in the gather or how you prepare to jump, do you jump as another stride in your, well stride, or do you stop, gather your body underneath your center of mass and then jump up using your muscles.

I used to jump the exact same way when I was in my 20's, looked effortless (48 now). This fellow here though, he's a different level, its pretty awesome to watch. My words to him...soak it up young man, it will eventually go away hahaha keep them memories!!!
