Sure they could put the doctor in prison for malpractice and get millions of dollars from the hospital, but you still have to live with the fact your first born son is dead because a doctor (who you're supposed to trust) ripped your child's head off. It happens a lot more outside of the US. The doctors rally together and nothing rarely happens to those involved, no justice is given. Doctors don't snitch on doctors, police don't snitch on police etc.

After losing a malpractice lawsuit (which they will definitely do) they will lose their license in whatever STATE their in. If the delivery was that difficult after 10 hours of labor, the monitor would have shown that the baby was in distress. A C-section should have been performed much earlier.

The sad thing about these types of cases is that it will either bring them closer together or separate them.

Yes I attended a few C-sections due to this . Dr. Didn't wait. He literally ran to or and was stripping and dressing all the way. Both moms and babies survived.

@@lilmamagc yes you do, I’m glad he did. Once we got settled in our room he expressed to me how upset he was at how rough she was with both the baby and I and how hard she was pulling on his head. He also noticed signs in the hospital stating that all the doctors were independent contractors and were not responsible for any death or injury. Ironically, we live 2 hours from where this happened. I guess they think they are above any consequences for malpractice.

This was common... in Medieval times until people started writing down the outcomes of the practice. I know there was another case just like this in Brazil in the mid 2010's, but this just doesn't happen because doctors with even a modicum of education know not to do this.

Some doctors have become worse than lawyers! I noticed this after COVID. Most don't listen anymore, they're impatient, they rush ur visits, they ignore ur concerns, they stall ur treatments instead of doing everything they can for u, in order to make u constantly pay their co-pays, and continually bill ur insurance over an over again, they don't refer u to the treatment and specialist they know u need until they make sure they stall u at their office for several more waste of time billing visits, they make decisions based on the money they can get from ur insurance instead of simply doing their jobs and referring u out to where they already know u need to be in the first place. It's like they're determined to make a certain amount of billings off u first BEFORE letting u get the real help u need, when u tell them ur ailments many of them always doubt u and refuse to look at what u noticed on ur body or symptoms, they treat u as if u're lying, and some as if u're some kinda druggie, dont know if this is a race thing but in dealing with certain ones some were like this. The 2 foreign ones I had were not. They were attentive, helpful, listened, did referrals right away, etc. So far. So can't say for sure if race has anything to do with it. Some get prideful and their pride interferes with their decisions. As if they went to medical school not u, so they're not listening to a stupid person. As they continue their wrong path of treatment, I'm guessing this is what happened in this situation. These poor people. This is devastating. When my son was young his pediatrician was out of town, saw another, who rushed the visit, didn't listen, cut me off, treated me like I was exaggerating, gave zero medical attention to my son, and sent us away as if I made his symptoms all up, when asked him to check again, he visually gave attitude, snapped at me, and wouldn't check again, I again asked him to pls check again, he jerked around, mad said he went to med school and everything is fine, i left ,put son car seat,drove up street to emergency room, and told them my sons symptoms, and how something was wrong, they checked heard rattling, took xray n found fluid in his lower left lung, called me over to see the huge dark spot and the e.r doctor snapped he started cursing and couldn't believe the treatment my baby received 30 min ago said had i gone home his lung could've continued to fill up with fluid overnight!!!!!?? The nurse had to calm him down! he called that doctor cuz I got a random call at home on Sunday from the azzhole doctor but I refused to take his call. Anyway just think doctors are the new lawyers now. Bloodsucking, don't give shite, money hungry azzholes..and they rarely fix anything, I should go to med school so I can get a job guessing and never fixing anything, just tell people to elevate their legs, listen to their lungs, heart, check ears, eyes, and bill their insurance and get paid big money for nothing. Again not all doctors but I'm definitely seeing an uptick of lazy, money hungry ones, treating regular people like ignorant fools, not caring about the oath they took to take care of their patients. Unfortunately as a midwife in training, this doesn't happen often but is not unheard of in hospitals. This is like the third case this year, all though some of the other news report I've watched were not recent as in the last year. Hospitals have been failing l&d for far too long. My own experiences led me to never give birth in one. And later on to become a midwife.

I lost my twins one year and two months ago. I gave birth to them on June 11th. I lost them due to cord entanglement, they were very rare. The pain I still feel is unimaginable, and I am so sorry you feel this too, and it's so fresh. I shouldn't be watching this either, but my heart truly does go out to this poor couple. They know our pain, but for a completely different earth shattering reason. It's still absolutely horrible, but we at least knew what happened to our babies right away, these poor people were lied to in the most disgusting way. As hard as it was, I needed to see my daughters the way they were. They were gone, and as much as I hated it, I had to accept it to move forward. They got that information in the most horrible but honorable way, on the funeral homes part. My heart truly goes out to them. I am in an absolutely amazing Facebook support group for parents like us. I can give you the information. I joined nearly 4 months after my loss, and it has helped me so much. I know it would help you too ❤️ my heart goes out to you as well ❤

Don't think for a second that the hospital will be able to avoid liability. Rest assured about that. When the severed head was delivered vaginally and the headless body extracted surgically, multiple nurses were present. None of them reported this to the police. You really think these nurses didn't inform their superiors for further instructions and decided to collude with a doctor who's not even an employee of the hospital? Not in a million situations. They did notify the hospital management who also chose to keep quiet about this. Then we have the doctor herself who chose to be quiet. So all these people are liable for at least malpractice and God knows what else. They are all gonna get skewered!

Right! The c section was a cover up. She pulled and pulled and pulled that baby head until she broke it. Then she said lets do a c section. Pulled the baby out in 2 or 3 pieces, put it together to show the parents but after they denied them, then told the parents to burn the body to destroy the evidence. Take the doctor down. Take the nurses down. Take the surgeon down. Take the medical assistant s down. Take the whole damn hospital and everyone that witnessed and saw it down. Probably due to the fact the poor baby's head wasn't attached and they noticed the broken skull bones, raised suspicions I'd imagine. One would think that the Dr would've gone ahead with the c section earlier on. The Dr and hospital had a duty to be truthful about what happened and they weren't. Disgraceful.

As it shows respect for their non belief or different beliefs. Only a tiny proportion of Christians have asked me this, but I do appreciate it when they do. By the way its astounding how many atheists show more respect to an alter in a church than the church attendees themselves. That's what I was wondering; if delivery had begun, and baby was stuck; WHY didn't they cut the mother?? This would have been uncomfortable for her, but would have saved the baby's life. If baby was too large for even this, than the level of negligence is even more scary, as mother should have been monitored throughout, and a planned C-Section arranged in advance. This case is sickening amd horrific. The fact that everyone in that room, tried to cover it up! I have no words, for that level of evil

My son got stuck. They called for a emergency CS. I was literally rolled to surgery, with a doctor straddled in my bed with his hand up my woo-hoo holding my son in place to prevent him from trying to move any further. He wanted out and they did everything to make sure he didn't move, but that was in 94. You would think with all the advancements this could of been prevented. So I don't understand either. This is horrific 😢

I don't think most people understand what a 4th degree cut is, but I do. I am grateful that you had such skilled care and that you and your baby are fine and well. As invasive as your birth story was I only can wish this mother and baby could have gotten the skilled care you and your baby received. So sad! RIP little one.

​@@michelleo8279because maybe her pelvis was too small, you see she is a very short lady. In that case, the baby would never have fitted through the pelvis, and a planned C section should have bn arranged. I can't imagine their pain, absolutely dreadful 😢

Babies are decapitated everyday. It's called abortion-murder. Democrats call it abortion-care and gynos do the decapitating regularly. A lot of democrats "lose their child" by choice. Yes, it's so sad when the doctor accidentally performs an abortion that so many gynos and democrats want and do on a daily basis. Imagine how many democrats don't feel emotional pain after "abortion-care". I don't think our tax money should be spent to decapitate babies when half of the country doesn't want abortion-murders to take place.
