People like Ms. Pat are such gems. I think she had to grow up fast and go through some tough things in life, so a.) she's a lot more blunt and willing to acknowledge uncomfortable truths than most people and b.) Best of all, she developed a wonderful sense of humor about it all. True resilience. It's beautiful.

It's amazing how some people just have a (rare) natural ability to be hilarious in every day conversation.. her "delivery" is hilarious and she's not even trying to deliver a joke!! I think when you're this naturally funny, it's impossible to capture it the same way when it's a pre-written joke.
She used to be on Bob and tom all the time. She is hilarious. You should hear her story about getting shot when she was younger and it blew her nipple off.
