I love you and your videos, thank you so much. Do you think it is a good idea to practise landing of hits and kicks with no power ala shadowboxing for warm up and learn landing of moves, since we farangs often have so much to learn to be on level with thais?
@@sitjaophomuaythai But if being aware and focusing on being slow is what we often see thais do, when training on bag in start of sesseion. Later they hit the bag heavy and hard. I mean, if we use long time on training precision on bag, then can that be used as warm up? This way it is not training slow, but training precision which is done slow to do rigth.
Actually, I see your point, but at the same time, it seems to work pretty good anyway with the various angles, and since the video is so great, you can just start the video from where you want it over and over, maybe this will even help diggin deeper down into seeing what he actually does vs. merely glazing at the various moves; Kind of interactive videowatching?
