I’ve always liked the Muay Thai style even though I’ve never trained it. Nice solid strikes similar to western boxing with strong kick thrown in. I would rate this style 10/10 for an effective and efficient fight style.
Been studying the MT for 12 years now but at times i feel like i'm hitting the bag to hard and need to slow it down to work on technique rather than power distribution, however when that dopamine comes flooding in as i'm getting in the rhythm that rush has me putting some real steam in my shots, i can see that the real pro's really just deliver power on the tail end of combo's and look to be focusing on precision rather than conditioning maybe ya'll seperate those days throughout the week, i end up allocating rounds for technical drilling but the majority of it is me treating it like an opponent in front of me ... ..
this is muay thai it is supposed to be like that its about kicks bruh this guy has over 200 fights and over 150 wins im pretty sure he knows better than you
@@BTown97 still his weakness has been his hands. Lots of guys like chingiz who arent as good in kicking can beat many great thais with strong boxing combinations and movement.
