I suggest you to make a video on Ronnie Coleman to educate such youngsters. He broke the barrier of human body and lifted weights that are considered as not possible and is now paying a high price for pushing himself and his body. May be his example in a detailed video can open eyes of such youngsters

Also the harsh reality is all have seen Hrithik's transformation for the movie WAR and wants to do the same,these people will search 100s of places for the cheapest WHEY brand and they will leave the fact that he had an entire team of coach/dietician/physio(shown in the video)the amount for which probably would be 2-3lakhs a month

Oh God ! We all have been listening to these basics of not comparing ourselves with others since our childhoods probably, yet sometimes same idea hits us with different intensity. And it happens this time as well. All of a sudden, I , for one more time, realised the essence of “DO NOT COMPARE WITH OTHERS” philosophy, and an unparalleled level of clarity has come to my mind. Absolutely true!! People don't realise what their body type and genetic potential really is, and set unrealistic dreams/goals... (Been there, done that) There are a lot of us who wants a physique like Hrithik Roshan, I'm one of them and has put 6 years by far trying to achieve that (and got satisfactory results) so I'm sharing my hustles (might help some people) 1st of all, it's not easy and will take years, that too when your body type and genetics support it, I was too skinny so i had to put on some muscle mass first to see my baseline physique- muscle separation/insertions... If someone is fat, they'll need to reduce that to see it Then compare your base physique with your goal, notice the difference, point out where you need to work and HOW? A big part of bodybuilding is creating illusion, so play with that smartly (like for Hrithik's physique, broaden up your shoulders and reduce waist, focus on obliques, back and triceps too, basically work on key features first) again it can happen only if your genetics support that which you'll never know if you don't Start working out. When you've pointed out major differences/weak areas, use "muscle elasticity" to create illusion, for that you'll need to do selective exercises (or selective range of motion) which will hinder max potential of that muscle to grow but over a long period it can shape up the muscle a little to look more like desired physique. Also, posture helps a lot, It's something you carry whole day and it helps significantly to shape you up over long time. Keep monitoring yourself throughout the process and don't get demotivated if results are slow, if they're coming even at a slow rate, keep hustling... It'll be frustrating and demotivating at time but DON'T GIVE UP... 💪 Consistency is the key, Keep going kings!! 👑 P.S.- I'm talking from my own personal experiences and I don't have any scientific deta/research to back it up, it's just something that helped me and some of my friends who trained with me

Sir pls answer my question Does grinding reduce protein content in beans or pulses? For eg if I take 100 gram of moong dal which contain approx 24 gram of protein so Instead of soaking 100 gram soyabean and chewing it if I soak it and grind it than will it reduce protein content.

Sir can you tell me how to be motivated during weight gain process, because I am a beginner (19 years old) doing weight training for almost 2 months but there is no visible changes in body and I think there is not much increase in strength because even after month of regular training I still struggle with weights which is for beginners Even people there in the gym gave me the mockerish looks that even after 2 months I am still not able to lift even 5kg or 7.5kg, even people who joined after me lifts heavier weights than me. It is very disheartening sometimes that even I gave my all hardwork , have a decent diet but still no progress. If that persists I might have to leave weight training because of college schedule

Bro sometimes it's bcuz of your mind don't do same weights regularly you'll get stuck in it you have to suddenly increase a heavy weight after your warmup sets bcuz it worked for me i used to do shoulder presses with total 5 kg, 10kg , 15kg thats all but one day when I trained myself with my friend i saw my friend going for like total 20,40,60 and when it was my turn to do press i didn't ask him to reduce the weights and I did , I hit all the set successfully you can also try this

Sir I have one question . I am a student. My question is that I do 1) 500 Skipping 2)50 Squat 3)50 Crunch 4)50 Russian Twist 5)50 time swings mudhgar In a day. I do those each excercise for four time in a week. My work out routine is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. In these each day which i mention above, i do each excercise that i mention above. And I also follow a diet recommended by a dietician. Is it ok for me to get a lean body ? Please tell me Sir. Please tell me
