@@kronos_youtube6368 because it's absolutely terrible and feels really off to me. None of the moves connect in an intuitive way. Moves are laggy, meaning they take a long time to come out and give huge amount of negative framing. The jump system is extremely floaty for the small stages. The knock back doesn't feel right, it almost feels random when a character will be knocked into the wall. But as a personal opinion and taste, it's to toony.

I would say Smash is a better game objectively entirely from a design perspective, but I don't find it anywhere near as fun as Multiversus. The fact this game is cross platform and has a much better online functionality really says something about Nintendo and their utter ineptitude and laziness in that regard.

I never played platform fighters because I play grapplers and I thought it was impossible to make a character I liked. Multiversus Superman is a godsend for me. TWO grab moves, Armor on all my normals, and a pretty easy kit to get used to. I’m having a lot of fun in a genre I wrote off for years

Same Supes is fun just wish his down air regular attack had a bit more range since I can't seem to hit with it at all. Plus his ground down special he just lasers his feet which would be good if I could with it maybe I need to use it before they run up on me?

@@roshinn4068 what I’ve found works really well is down special into command grab. Because the lasers bounce them up. I jump and spam up special or side special depending on where they’re leaning towards

I just really really hope that PFG will stick to their name. Many developers have promised the same thing while ultimately failing to do so, many times out of greed or lazyness. Give the players what they want, and the money income should not be an issue.

Let's get real... Smash ultimate made 28 million in terms of sales while only being on one console. Multiversus will never make this much. Plus the fact Smash has 89 characters, almost as many stages, 100s of music tracks as well as loads if modes while Multiversus has around 15 Characters and 7 different stages and is also pretty buggy ATM... it isn't beating Smash at anything.

I've just had an idea for bugs, when the rocket bug gets fixed they could turn it into a feature by making a signature perk that gives bugs two rockets and decreases the cooldown of the rockets only by 5% but increase every other cooldown that bugs has by 5%, to me this sounds like a really good idea I think it's possible that it could be added in the future.

Smash been around forever. Smash is the Father of this genre. No matter what itll be here before and after multiversus. Multiversus is a great game, but it still has to prove its self. And it has to pray the community doesnt up and leave for whatever million reason people love to abandon games. I love it, I hope its here to stay. Plus cross play makes it so accessible! But it whether or not its doing better doesnt really matter. Smash bros isnt going anywhere even if Multiversus is doing good.

honestly the reason i like multiversus so much is because even tho you dont get much gold or battle pass points per match, it inst as grindy as most games because its so addictive and unexpectedly non repetitive. i also found my need for playing games, that desire and want to play come back with multiversus and im trying to find more games that do that but for now its a waiting game. great video btw. subbed (this your second video ive seen cant wait to see more content, especially if youre going to cover newer games when they drop too.)

It's a shame platform fighters have a hard time thriving because smash fanboys think all platform fighters are just smash clones. Meanwhile, Nintendo couldn't be more anti consumer about smash and the community. Platform fighter is a hard genre to thrive in because people downplay any game to hype up their Fandom for smash, meanwhile Nintendo is making it so hard to even make content, compete, make profit, and even play (bad net coding for years) smash games. NASB didn't get a fair shake because it was poorly labeled as either "smash killer" or "smash clone" and it only had like, a month to win everyone over. I'm glad multiversus is doing better but I genuinely wish platform fighter fans did better too. Multiversus is great, but it's a bit of an anomaly. Smash fans need to broaden their horizons and let other platform fighters thrive with the time required to do so.

so happy with this game and company. I can't help but get a sour taste in my mouth whenever I think about Nintendo. I didn't eve realize this game wasn't available on switch and it kinda feels good to stick it to em. Especially after the way they intentionally released Sora on NASB release. So glad that we finally have a game company in the platform fighters genre that can support its massive following with open arms.

I tried smash online again yesterday after about a year. There was constant lag and the button input delay was so bad I thought it was my controller (bluetooth). If Nintendo can fix that, I would definitely go back to it but I doubt they will so Multiversussy Baka will have to do for now

Literally the only thing I want is some addition to player communication. There's no chat. Honestly there's big pluses to this, the characters being the personality for a rematch response for example (instead of valorant players typing ez, Jake has fun with it respectfully lol) but even if you party up after random 2s it's hard to get a sense of a new friend. Idk game is just so amazing, I hope it stays fun to play

The number of people online playing the game might be inflated because I've noticed a bug where I would exit the game but yet Steam still thinks that I am in the game. I would actually have to shut down & re-log into Steam in order to get Steam to stop saying that I was still in game.

I don't care about fighting games. but when my friend told me to download it took me a couple days because I thought the game was stupid. I played it and I feel excited everytime I go to sleep. it's really fun

I love the game and I've been playing it non stop but I do have a problem.. it costs 3k gold to purchase a character and one of the profile icons costs 50k gold, but you normally get around 30 gold a match and only 100 gold for leveling up your account, I just feel like it's very difficult to get enough gold without playing over 100 matches, also battle pass xp is extremely hard to get considering the daily challenges fly by like a breeze and seasonal milestones are easily doable, I just hope they double the gold and xp per game

Bro their roster is unlimited. They can add anyone they want following movie releases, toys and whatnot. Plus, they finally got a game that has a fully functioning Superman and we haven’t seen this in years lmfao. But it’s so cool to see so many positivity of characters introduced.

All I can remember the last couple years is thinking dang I wish there was a good smash bros game on PC and then we got this gem. Smash Bros online was always so trash that it turned me away from wanting to play it despite it being such a good game to play with friends. Multiversus is amazing I hope we get some more characters with the fun playstyles smash bros had. IDFC if they copy some moves either

I really love this game the combos feel amazing to pull off and the characters are very nice, very diverse with such a small cast. But the thing that i don’t like and im sure they will fix in the future is the laggy servers. I don’t have bad internet but some games I teleport around the stage.

I tried cable vs. Wi-Fi (my PlayStation stopped having the ability to find my internet for some reason..) and I honestly don’t have too many issues strictly off the Wi-Fi connection. Get noticeable lag maybe 1 time every 10-15 games, I might just be lucky and have really good int tho
