The Muscle-Up is the calisthenics skill, that every body weight fitness enthusiast or athlete wants to get. This video is a follow-up to the video I made three years ago, when I was aged 55, and got my first Muscle-Up, that video has now been viewed over 300,000 times on RU-vid. A second video I uploaded aged 58, has over 600,000 views. So now I’m 59, I thought I should make another.
Follow along with this tutorial, and progress through the progressions to get the Muscle-Up.
