HELP!!!! I am on keto diet and I drink 2-3 protein shakes a day.I have been using whey protein for quite a long time and its time for a change.I m considering using this product but there is 1 thing that bothers me:It has a lot of creatine in it and I ll use 3 scoops a day.But too much creatine will make me retain water and give me that blurred look.Right now all I want is to get dry and shredded AS FUK.Please some1 with knowledge answer me....

hey MJHQ love your vids and your work, i've been a huge fan and follower of raw reviews and sup wars for the last year. So much so that i've become pretty well acquainted with most of the ingredients + dosage requirements for various sups, in particular pre-workouts. A current complete pre workout I've recently looked at is CONQU3R by Olympus Labs. I was just after your thoughts, each scoop contains a ridiculous dosage of ingredients, well satisfying recommended dosage sizings (agmatine 1 gram, Cit Mal 6g, caffeine 200mg, higenamine 40mg, Tyrosine 2g etc.). They said it was to keep prices down during inflation since creatine prices shot through the roof. It doesn't contain creatine anymore from what they told me.

"Hydrolyzed Beef Protein" halfway down the the food label you see "hydrolyzed gelatin". This means that you may not be getting the full amount of beef protein and that you can be getting a majority beef gelatin and the company can call it beef protein. In reality, based on the BCAA, Creatine Monohydrate, and the gelatin, you can be getting maybe about 12-15g of actual beef protein.

Love the reviews, but for beef proteins, I would just rather eat meat!! Whey is a cheaper supplement so it just makes more sense to cook myself a beef steak and wash it down with some MTS whey!

The fruit punch flavor is straight stank. It smells terrible and when you drink it it tastes like fruit punch but at the end you get a nasty beef flavor. I would recommend not getting the fruit punch flavor. I have heard that the chocolate by a lot of people is one of the best flavored protein powders they have ever tasted

ThermoNuclear GR Ingredients are listed in highest to lowest in terms of mass, hence there is more creatine than the added BCAA's but that's all you know from that. The only way to be sure a product isn't spiked is by testing it, plain and simple. They measure protein content by analyzing the mass of nitrogen content in a product and subtracting other nitrogen containing ingredients, hence a company cannot subtract other nitrogen containing ingredients and label it as higher protein than in reality. Muscle Med's state that they have added additional creatine and BCAA's and also based off of the the 33g serv. where 29g are already consumed by carb/protein something has to be taking up those additional 4g hence I doubt muscle med's have spiked their product.Then again, the lack of regulation and tricks companies can do with labels here in the US is simply retarded. THEN AGAIN, it cleared through Australian customs where it was lab tested. So once again, I think it's legit.

ThermoNuclear GR Not that I am defending Carnivor seeing as I could give a shit about it personally. But I don't think you understand how spiking works. The mass of an ingrediant does not directly affect it being spiked. It has to do with the nitrogen content, there are specific amino acids and other chemicals that have structures containing more nitrogen (they have an additonal HN group(s), such as tryptophan, lysine) than others. Once again there is 4 additiona grams that needed to be filled up on the label, hence the listed creatine and BCAA's likely did not contribute to the stated protein content.
