I made this last night for dinner using portobello mushrooms and it was amazing! It was one of the best dishes I've ever made. It would be perfect for a summer gathering. I would highly recommend everyone try out this recipe! Fantastic job Gaz and crew.

Just when I start to think the recipe Gods have blessed you with the finest vegan dishes achievable, you hit me with another banger that far exceeds my perception of what is even possible to achieve in vegan cooking. I absolutely need to make this, expensive as it may be for the mushrooms, this look like an absolute flavor explosion I just cannot live without trying.
