Maybe a drop down menu would be a great product saver. The customer gets to choose the scent mood they're in. Just a thought

So you can actually make a website via Canva Pro? If so, is that a video you make, kind of delving into it?

Yes! You can make a website with Canva.. while it's not completely free (you have to buy a domain, etc), it does seem like a good option. I'll have to do some further research about retail functionality, I don't see much info on that aspect.

They have alot of options and varieties of ways to use it so it a breakdown may be difficult for one video, but there are several tutorials out there on how to use it. CANVA is my GO -TO ... and now wonder how I made my labels, infographics, postcards etc without it!

Do you recommend giving out free samples to everyone? So far I haven’t given out anything for free that’s resulted in an order. I’d consider body butter because they’d be super little. But I’ve only don’t it with 1 Oz soaps

I'm not OP ... but I'd never do that where I live. If they can't afford $6 to try a sampler (3oz) soap, then they are definitely not a potential customer of mine. I only give samples to friends or people who purchase an item ... or two. 😊

I do this two different ways- I use the tiny pots shown in the video as freebies for people who have already purchased something. Then at events, I’ll take an older fragrance or a jar that wasn’t all the way full, a leftover, etc. to say hey here’s a tiny spatula scoop to try the formula. But this is just with body butter. I’ve not freebied any other product 😀🩷

Definitely a great thought. I think that if you offer sampler sized products for a smaller cost then there would be less of a reason for a free sample, glad you mentioned that.. I didn’t think about it before!

I've taken some of my soap ends and cut them into 4ths and put them in jewelry-like bags with a circle sample stickers as I make it. Then during vendor events I have them stored up and pass them out to anyone who comes in my booth or shows interest. That seemed to keep people in my booth and buying. Also offer sampler sets for a small cost if they wanted to try a variety of scents.
