Hello mam, Please tell us why grinding onion n chilli paste separately then coriander, mint leaves paste separately? Any specific reason? We usually saute all together and grind it to paste so just thought of asking...
Good afternoon Hema madam, this is very delicious recipe for Karnataka people,so please mention maam the table spoons of measurement 🙏 particularly salt😁
Excellent video. I really doubt people using 2kg mutton for 1kg rice. I bet it will get more flavor to the briyani then any other restaurant. I love all your videos and the presentation 👍👌 my kids favorite is Kovai kai fry. She can finish one bowl. Thanks for that and keep doing great videos as always. Nandri 🙏
Am a big fan of you Hema ji, 2016 _ to till now follows you, face book and youTube, Instagram too....... I love cooking..... I improved myself after watching you..... Thank you so much🥰🥰🥰🥰❤❤❤ 💐🙏 Especially nonveg recipes🤝 😃
Mam you seem to have lost weight, why? Are you ok. I improved my cooking just because of you. My first tried recipe of yours is chicken pakoda. I was amazed, it was so yummy. And I was puzzled, how you get this kind of wonderful recipes in your mind. ❤
Madam ur recipes are always the best and moreover ur explanation can make anyone Cook easily. Madam will you please share ur cooker details i mean how many litres and which brand please madam
Hi mam.. i still dint get measurements right, if u could suggest me through a proper measurement, example I'm taking 2 glasses of rice how much shld the water proportion be ? Cos I don't wanna over cook or undercook the rice. With jeera sambhar rice the water proportion is always been a problem. Please if u could suggest.
For apprx. 4.9 cups of rice, I used 5.5 cups of water. That should be around 1:1.05 to be very specific. Do not use 1:1.5 ratio, you will end up using more water than required.😊
