I love hearing your thoughts. Thank you again, Selja. You've got some great points here especially the one of self-care being things that make you happy! I should've said that self-care is everything that is GOOD FOR YOU and eventually will make you happy. Taking a shower on a depression day for me eventually makes me happy but it deffo doesn't feel like self-care when I'm crying in my bed tired as well. I'm kinda sad meditations wasn't the thing for me. I tried it for a couple of years (I think?) and as much as I practiced it... It just didn't work and if I got into some kind of a meditative state for me: it didn't do anything for me. But I think I kind of get that same feeling from dancing, walks and coloring a picture. Meditation taught me I'm more of a doer and I need to be doing something to get my head empty. I LOVE PSYCHOPHYSICAL PHYSIOTHERAPISTS! I saw her made 4 times? We did exercises and talked probs 3 times but one of the times was SUCH A GOOD MEDITATION that I almost fell asleep. That worked definitely. Thank you again for your comment and all your help. 💛

staying true to myself despite being unadapted to modern society is what keeps me alive ironically i've learned this from our selfish modern society ^^'
