Very pleased to see your content. I’m interested in seeing more of your treadmill runs in real time and also showing your vast collection of shoes. As well as just some plain snippets of your daily runs would be great as I know you run simply with no music and no phone. 👍 Suggestion: If you have a nephew or niece who can film you running while they’re bicycling that would be great!

Ben, I bet you have covered this elsewhere, but I am not easily finding the information. Why have you chosen to use the Assaultrunner treadmill for your indoor running? Do you believe that it has greatly assisted you with development of strength/speed/neuro ability over what a more traditional treadmill does? I have read that it is not possible to have poor running form on the manual treadmills. Do you find that to be true? Thank you!! I look forward to watching your upcoming videos in this new forum!!

I follow ben johnson 4 years now.When he made reviews for every shoe brand I enjoyed more.Last 2 years he make reviews only for nike and I lost my interest.
