LFATV the number 6 cylinder melted and had low compression. Started blowing hella smoke out of the valve cover vents. Still boosted strong. Its been since April now.

I think I had detonation or something to do with the egr cooler being blocked off from going into the intake and making the head and block by the number 6 super hot.

Just a magnet installed to help with the voltage output signal. I did not notice a difference when I installed mine but I did not really have a problem to begin with. There already is a magnet in the CPS unit but the DriftMotion one sits on top of the OEM one to make it a lot stronger. I still have the DriftMotion magnet installed and plan on leaving it installed. Tony Franklin wats up man all the way from Ireland that is kool! Well most expensive thing is rods and pistons depending on what setup you go with. And the 1uz in it is not a bad idea either! I have another shell that ive been thinking of doing the same

People move on to JZ when they either can't figure out the 7m or don't have the courage to push through and get it done, 7m forever, the most misunderstood engine out there, good on you for keeping it alive.

fourocker I’ve made 600+hp on 7m’s, started with ge-t’s and loved them, the oil drive system and pickup situation scared me, I’ve blown up and built my share for sure, I prefer the sound and way the power comes on with the Jz. I’m proud of him for staying with it, but I’ll take Jz anyday.

Tim Armesto any car will do that on first start. Oil is used to lube up the pistons for installation so yea thats all that oil

Well to start off it’s for a Scion FR-S and it will probably start at 1000whp. Next time I am At the garage I will do a video on it. I only have this channel. Once the house is done I plan on starting another channel and buying a mk4 supra.
