This lawn is in total shade all winter long and it really isn't happy. It thins out all through winter, and in the thin bits, moss creeps in, and then it all just deteriorates even further.
So, unless we can fix the shade issue, this will keep happening over and over again.
With the soil being clay based, I have also introduced some gypsum just to try and help things along.
Let's give this lawn. new refresh, a new start, a new lease of life!
