I love ford trucks. I have a 1966 Ford f 250. Great show all the time. I wish that I have friends like you got. I don’t have no one to help me. I built my engine and put a big cam in it. I don’t get to work on it much anymore. Thx David
I will second your comments on cutting the cord with social media (odd that I'm commenting such on a RU-vid video, but, this is my version of TV lol). I'm a week into that experiment myself, and it's refreshing. Amazing how much extra time and less stress I found in my day that way...lol Suspension looks killer. And it's exactly how I've painted my suspensions in the past - in a makeshift booth. Still gets the job done.
I have really enjoyed this build . When we painted my s10 we hung plastic in walls and floor 3 box fans with furnace filters to vent . Used engine enamel then nason clear over it. .
great job man- been likeing your videos for awhile now. And for kicks you seat belt video compelled me to pull my seat replace them and put a seat cover on. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work.
Sweet looking undercarriage on your f100 dude, looks more red on my screen. Love that copper metallic! Got me thinking about doing the underside of my 79 f100 now! You guys did a great job on it.🛠️⚒️⚙️🔧👍👍👌👏🗜️🔩
Love the color. Great choice. Now. When you get it all back together. Bring it to an alignment shop. One where they can bend the arms to get the correct camber. Will handle much better. Not to mention better tire wear. Keep up the good work.
Mine is a '67 with the somewhat unfortunate combination of a 352 and an automatic. I still love it though, and I hope the weather is nice this weekend so I can get out and do some more work on it.
Looking good love how it came I agree painting your parts is well worth it especially if you’re going to be in there anyways taking those parts out that’s exactly what I would have done to painted the parts while they were out
Awesome job Craig! I don't know if you remember me or not, but I'm the kid from Missouri with that blue 71 f250. I still have that dash Mat and other stuff if you want it lol. Finally restoring mine on my channel.
Thecraig909 bro you should throw some white under glow light on your truck especially under the bed so it will light up your axle at night and you can see the color at night for shows. That would be bitchin bro
I know you want a patina look but put some white rock lights in the wheel wells so you can see the paint really well also love the build man keep up the good work
Love the way it came out man. And like every one else I agree with taking a step back from social media. Oh and the shots of them painting makes a guy feel like a peeping tom but still love how the video turned out. Keep up the great work man!!
Great job on the suspension on your truck I love the color especially against that black and it brings the truck together great video great job guys 💪🏼💯🔥👍🏻👍🏻🙏🙏🙏🙏🇺🇸
Looks great! You are tempting me to yank the front end out of my project. But in Utah it’s MUCH colder than 65 degrees!!! I laughed right out loud when you said it was cold at 65. BwaHahaha!!! 🤣🥶
It just seems so simple to work on these old American cars. This colour on the suspension looks incredible too especially since you’ll be able to see it since it’s a truck.
yep One man operation... remove as much as you can from Axle housing. Saves on back , what i did on my install to the bronco... Dam those bearings on axle are pain to remove.
This is the type of stuff I do. You dont need alot of $$$ to make a truck look good. Do it in your back yard. I've made alot of make shift paint booths like that. Great job looks killer
Well said. Too much drama going on today. I am tinkering with my cars/trucks in my garage as well. Working on a golf cart for the first time which has been enjoyable
Good job craig, your gonna be shocked at how much better she handles now, you must have read my mind concerning social media,I deleted my Facebook account today.
paint looks sic I have a 65 f350 dump truck that I'm starting to work on do you know of a set of wheels that I can use that aren't split rim widow makers? it is a dually
Could you do a video on how to properly support your truck while working on it? I have a 69 F100. I want to start working on it more but I'm deathly afraid of going underneath it. Especially if the tires are going to be off.
I think you need some lights under your truck to shine on the suspension while you’re driving to show off how good that looks. When I rebuild my bronco I’m painting the suspension in a similar color.
Weird question! I noticed that when your differential is off it look’s like the frame is bent out of the way of the shock. I noticed this on my own truck that has air shocks in the back because it’s a camper special & I assumed that was something the previous owner had done to add said shock’s! Is this something they did factory on these model years?
Craiggy looking great Buddy You came off really good with your take on people need to step back from all the crap Washington is doing to all of US You are a GOOD DUDE THE VERMONSTER from Vermont
I think we lean the same way but it’s super nice to get away from that world completely for a moment, cause either way ya lean there’s a bunch of lunatics!
The next time make it easier on yourself. Put the springs under it, but only put the front bolts in the spring eyes. Let the back of the springs lay on the ground. Set the rear over the springs and put the U bolts in. Hand tightens the bolts. Raise the rear spring eyes up and put the bolts in. It's much easier than trying to set the rear over the side of the spring.
