I think u must boil it first for an hour and then drain it so that the inside meat is cook and have it rolled in the wood or have it fry in the cooking casserole emerge in oil when frying u can sprinkle some water so that it will become crispy

Wow grilled then oven bake lechon. Our all time favorite. Filipinos love it especially during Christmas. New Year, Birthdays we see to it that we have lechon in our table. If we cannot consume it then sometimes we sliced the lechon mix it with vegetables.

Hello Andrei good to see Mama Olga cooking lechon belly. Much better if Mama Olga cover the lechon with a tin can while roasting to make it more crispy and shorten the cooking process. Or you can also cook this in the oven.

Saraaap! Lechon is eaten with rice too, dip in sweet and sour gravy (a mix of liver spread, diluted cornstarch, seasoned with soy sauce, ground pepper, sugar and vinegar) Actually, you can experiment with the sauce, based on preferred taste.
