For real. That is so insanely generous. Even if it was a small amount it may have still made their day..but holy shit. 5 years ago when I was still working in fast food a man came in asking how many people were working that day, and he gave us each 50 bucks. I still think of that guy. He came in during a real bad week where I was shorted on my check. Because of him I was able to feed myself for over a week off of just that. People like this who see the value in true acts of kindness are the real heroes.
hate to tell you this, but our Ms Winner's closed 20 yrs ago & I'm STILL mourning! For me it was all bout them biscuits-- especially, the gravy biscuits & the huge iced cinnamon biscuit- that was so 🔥🔥🔥🔥. When I worked nights, I'd swing by there & treat my son to a nice breakfast before he went off to school. & the best part, all those biscuits would cost under 5 bucks. Now it's prob be closer ro 15.
I was hurt when Mrs Winners pulled out of my area of GA. That big cinnamon roll in the AM on the way to work was everything. All the good places gone. That was really thoughtful of you❤

I feel your pain. Mrs Winners did majors closings in Decatur and Atlanta, and it makes me sad too. The only fast-food chicken place where you can get a breast that wasn't dry. Always hot and delicious and those steak and gravy biscuits were a sin. Lawd, tears just thinking about it.

WOW, You brought back a memory from the 90's man. My first week a NCAT (AGGIEE PRIDE!!!) Ms. Winners was one of the first fast food joints I dined at. Although the chicken was greasy, It was still better than the caf food, SMH It was also good that you gifted those employees man You will be blessed.
And we LUH you Mr. Chimetime! Haters will say why record good deeds? Well I WILL SAY: TAKE NOTES. THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE. This ONE encounter with you may help them cancel all of their bad experiences/reviews/horrible customers. I just know they shared your act of kindness with a loved one later. I honestly think they were the same company but with different names because they had the same menu & tasted the same. Equivalent to like a Rallys and Checkers. Those were the best times back then😩. Well, besides a place we had called Monica's where the cheeseburgers were $0.59.🤣🤣🤣🤣
I worked at Mrs Winner's in Delaware back on the late 80's...& we was THE KNOCK, fr fr...nobody could beat our Cinnamon SWIRLS, Sweet Tea,, Strawberry Shortcakes....Baked or Fried Chicken & biscuts!!! Food just BLAZED!!!
Thank you for supporting and appreciating the workers there. Fast food jobs can be really hard. However, you missed my favorites ... the fried pork chop biscuit with strawberry jelly and the CINNAMON ROLL .. heavenly 🤤🤤🤤.

I feel ya. My favorite Chinese restaurant closed down, and I have not been able to find any place that compares to it. It's pretty sad how little great restaurants never last long, but we've got tons of terrible fast food places everywhere.
I hardly ever hear black Americans talk about their university experiences, studies and or qualifications except for corporate people. Would like to see more normalisation of this in casual life
