Music was almost louder than talking. Very annoying.

When using; would I have to keep rinsing off the block if I want to switch a few times with meat and fish? To prevent from cross contamination?

You seem to lack knowledge of how to cook meat. Allow meat to come to room temperature and season with olive oil and pepper. Check your salt block is at the correct temperature before you start to cook. Cook for a few minutes on each side and then remove from the heat and allow the meat to rest before eating.
