Here is my review of the Outshock Punching Ball (Reflex Bag) available at Decathlon. The purpose of this Reflex Bag is to enhance reflexes, develop head movement, sharpen defensive slipping, and increasing punching speed and accuracy. The price is fair, 100 Canadian $. This Punching Ball is self-supporting and can therefore be used at home. I appreciate the quality and durability of this product. However, it is a little slow but does help at improving your hand-eye coordination and reflexes.
