I completely appreciated your choices. I make similar choices, except for seaweed. A friend in college made seaweed wraps all the time and while I ate them, it was not my first choice. I made beef stew today in the slow cooker. Not low enough carb wise, but comfort food for a day where the windchill is 8 degrees.

Hey mila. Just got the news last week. I am on ozempic I took my second shot today. No nausea etc but I do forget to eat 😳 so I’m binge watching your videos Thank you for all the info

I haven’t tried it personally but I’ve heard that you can put hard avocados in a paper bag to help them ripen faster! Also, this video has inspired me to make a healthy grocery haul myself so thank you!

LOL gotta keep up those healthy eats, but I do go out with friends, and enjoy my life a little! I just make sure to cook at home more than I go out!

I just stick it in the fridge in a glass jar! It’ll last for a really long time. 😊

@@TheHangryWoman it’s not a matter of It working for me. The title of your video is diabetes friendly. Do you know how fast sugar go to your blood eating anything instant? And kind bars? It shouldn’t work for anyone that’s diabetic

Since you are in your house, does this mean you were able to stay, with the divorce? You mentioned that you may have to leave and sell your place? I hope you will be able to stay in your home.

We’re still living here while we sell it, but we did decide it was best for both of us to sell and rent separate apartments. 💙

If you ditched the BANANAS, APPLES and other FRUIT, the HEALTHY SNACKS, SOURDOUGH, MUFFINS, BREAD, RICE, MAYO (vegetable oil), BEANS, TOMATO PASTE, and added more cheese, butter, lard, animal fat, avocado oil (makes excellent mayonnaise, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, fatty meats, and very very little amount of low carb veg like broccoli, cauliflower and had between one to two meals a day with no snacks and eat the meals until full with two thirds of the meal being fats, you’d be reversing diabetes. Watch FAT FICTION documentary on RU-vid or read Dr Jason Fung “obesity code” and “diabetes code”. You can reverse diabetes in days and eat in abundance.

You cannot reverse type 1 diabetes though. You can reduce insulin resistance, but unfortunately my pancreatic beta cells are being destroyed by my immune system, so I don't produce any insulin. Without insulin, I die in 24 hours.

@@TheHangryWoman Then you still do the same, so you don’t require much insulin and take nicotinamide for the B cells. Checkout dr Berg type 1 video
