I am currently pain free, on zero meds and experiencing great health. Weight bearing exercise at the gym, combined with lots of walking in the fresh air, swimming, and a (mostly) strict ketogenic diet are helping to keep me healthy and fighting fit. Previous health issues - psoriasis, plantar fasciitis, arthritis, have all disappeared.
I feel very lucky.
