Thank you so much! I’m glad I included it then! It’s a relatively new concept for me, tbh. 😅 Recently I’ve had more flexibility to eat these at home, whereas in the past I really did eat breakfast lunch and dinner at work, exactly as it was prepared. 😬 Also, I used to really think through preparing snacks and included that in my meal prep content on IG (before I started posting to RU-vid). I can start adding back some snack ideas if that would be helpful. 🤗
