Why tf ate you guys on "diets" for only a period of time? Sounds like a waste of time and lack of commitment to me. Don't forget to exercise either.. and not just for the next month.
This kind of dip is my go-to when my friends and I get together. I make it then bring it in a crockpot to keep at low heat all night so it stays nice and meltyyyy!

This vid led to a breakfast burrito with bacon, chorizo and hash browns. I never fail to crack up when you wipe your face with the entire roll of paper towels. It’s one of my favorite things 😂
SAM! Me and my co workers made this for Christmas! But instead of shredded cheese we used Velveeta. Instead freshly diced veggies we used Rotel and instead of Chorizo we used regular sausage. What I'm trying to say is we went with your motto of "use what you have" instead of your actual recipe! It was delicious!!! Love ya!!
Cast iron is the best. I have one pan 85 years old plus, my favorite is my 95 year old plus pan. I got them from my Mom many years ago and dated them from the markings on the bottom. Mom cooked with them daily when I was growing up, I cooked with them when my kids were growing up, and I cooked with them for my Mom during her last years. She passed last month at 96, and was so proud that I still love her pans. Cooking with them has always brought good memories, and always will.
Yo Sam, just wanted to say that I never make any of your recipes (OK, I once made the incredible tuna melt sandwich). But I do use a lot of your techniques. Before I started watching your show I was pretty much a culinary illiterate barely able to cook an egg properly, but you inspired me to cook more and gave me the culinary literacy to do so and now dishes start to come out being awesome time and time again!! You definitely brought me (and I'm sure many others as well) the inspiration and knowledge, and I salute you for that!
Cooking is by far my favorite hobby and stress relief outlet, my wife and I welcomed a new baby girl to our life 4 months ago and I can’t wait till she’s old enough to cook with me and watch your delicious videos!

I have made smoked queso. OMG! That is so good! Cook the chorizo. In foil pan, add raw diced veggies and peppers, garlic like you did. Add diced cheeses, cream cheese. Place on your smoker. Low and slow. Stir occasionally. When all hot and bubbly, try not to burn your mouth as dig in with your favorite chip! AWESOME and SMOKEY!

I was ready to go to the kitchen and cook up some dip until Sam had the medical emergency! Suggestion for Sam, always cook with a beer in your hand! If dinner doesn’t come out the way it’s supposed to, you wouldn’t give a crap!
