The mesh palm shouldn't make the glove lighter. 16 oz combat corner gloves with mesh palms need to weigh the same as 16oz fairtex gloves without mesh palms.

Their Muay Thai gloves are solid quality. Just a bit expensive, but most brands are nowadays.

Still using these???? Just ordered mine in 12oz specifically for pad work. Hoping these hold up as well as everything else from CC.

How was the break in period for the Train AIR's? I have a pair there HMIT classic style and they were super stiff out of the box.

Yeah, most HMIT stuff is pretty stiff for a while. I think it was a few weeks, but I am used to that feel and almost prefer it.

I’m 6’4” 220 with wide palms. Would these fit in the 16ozs or are they more compact?

I'm 6'4" and 235lbs. They fit perfectly.

How do you take care of leather gloves so they last for years? How do you know what oz gloves to pick?

Just be sure to wpe them down and spray disenfectent inside so bacteria doesn't grow and make them all funky. You can also put dryer sheets in them over night to help with moisture and the smell. As for what size. It depends on the size of your hands and what you're doing with them. I require students to use 16oz gloves for sparring, but during training some of the women use 14oz or 12oz because of the size of their hands.

@@Krufessor_Rad iv used fairtex twins fbt topking I now use 10oz laceup 12 Oz velcro and 16 Oz velcro all boon I got from the boon shop in Bangkok will buy again
