Id love to see more "freestyle" type videos like this one, where you film your daiy training..maybe you could talk about how you structure your workouts, the specific purpose of the workout...anyways, congratulations on signing with your new team and I would be very happy, if you would upload more frequently, your videos are always motivation for my own training.

GG, for me detailed training videos are the best! Don't you feel like when you put the clothing on after the first minutes where you sweat a lot and get them wet they actually cool you down and you sweat way less? I feel like the base layers get really soaked in sweat and they don't get the chance to dry because of the wind stopper, so maybe I would get more heat benefits from sweating more but it's not always easy to heat the room a lot...
