Oh Wassup!
After having my sofa for about a year now I thought I'd post my thoughts answering some questions that EYE had when first purchasing.
No this isn't the most organized or aesthetically pleasing video but its INFORMATIVE (I think).

I have the small 76 Harmony & I love it! I knew that was going to happen with the back cushions though. I'm planning eventually adding some poly fill but not opening the inserts, I'll try directly inside the covers. 😊

Same sis same! I knew what I was getting into with these cushions but the pros outweighed the cons for me. I’ll most likely do the same and fill mine as well.

I have been eyeing this couch and reading reviews thanks for sharing …question is the sinkage very deep and what about back support and can two people sleep side by side

The sinkage isn’t deep but i think that’s because the seats aren’t that thick. Back support I would say is not that great because of the extra plush pillows that they have but it’s still super comfortable. And yes 2 people can absolutely lay side by side on this couch and I don’t even have the extra deep seating which is an option and 2 people can still lay side by side comfortably.

Omg I just bought this couch and ran into the same issue. Didn't fit in our office door after being delivered today because of the measurements, all AFTER being told by west elm that the sofa would come broken down!!! And that they've been able to fit it in small places before. LIVID. Definitely going to try and find a Furniture Doctor. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

There’s nothing worse than waiting weeks to months for furniture to then have to run into issues like that! I hope it all worked out girl!

Occasionally yes i get some feathers coming out but it isn’t bad at ALL. I’d say i see a feather poking through once every couple weeks mainly on the back pillows.

Hey! I got the longest option so shoot 109 inches and i got standard depth not extra deep.

I have this couch and can I just tell you I hate the back pillows. They are just horrible. We spent so much many and I hate it. I don’t even think the bottom cushions are that great/comfortable. We have a much bigger one than yours with a chaise. Not sure if that is why it feels so bad. Feathers come out all over too!

Yes after having the couch for some time i can totally agree. The back cushions are annoying. They should be firmer for sure. Im starting to think that overall the couch is more meant for the look than functionality. I haven’t experienced the feathers issue thank god!
