Is it normal for CGC slabs to have one or two half cm smudges on their edges? I just picked up two CGC slabs and I can't tell if someone tried to pry the edges or if they're just regular seal marks.

Ive been wanting to send in some cards to psa/bgs, but ive held back because they have been REALLY horrible and inconsistent. My last BGS sub a few months back took a while to get back 18 cards. They gave my 1st ed dark zard with print lines a 10 for surface :3 And then i keep hearing about the corruption with CGC and them grading cut cards that are from sheets. And then with removing sub-grades, which i felt was the one thing that helped their cards with value. So i decided to wait a few months until all 3 get their stuff together. I honestly believe AGS is probably the best grading company when it comes to accuracy, its just that the big 3 are just too big now for anyone else o want to use them nearly as much, sadly

There is more to grades than whitening and centering. The Amazing Rare Rayquaza, for example, has a dent on the top left (rear). Hard to judge a card from a quick glance.

I got to go all the way to the beggining.. so for me those celebration blasties are the best...

I'm skeptical of sending modern w/vintage. I think it makes them unconsciously bias against the vintage. Just my 2 cents.
