I'm literally less than half an inch from grabbing rim at 5'7". My vert is around 37" rn and I'm grinding to get it in the 40's, as well as get my first dunk 🔥
I'm 5'6.5" and I was grabbing rim when I was 19, and it's a lifelong goal for me to dunk before I die lol. But I can honestly admit I was always a good leaper growing up, and noticed lifting weights(hitting squats and other leg accessories) is what set me over to grab rim.
6" at 13 years old, i'm the only one that can touch rim on my team and I'm trying to be dunking in 3 months or sooner. keep working on your vertical guys anything is possible, you just gotta work for it
You forgot to mention that these stable exercises are actually for all kinds of athletes , not just basketball players . By the way people always fail in reaching the peak brcause they ignore the beginning , that is the warm up . LOL

Im 5'10 at 12 I have been on and off basketball for a long time but started taking serious idk how I can catch up to people who played ever since they were like really young
Nice video. I have a question and probably someone in the comments can help me. Ive been trainning a lot and i really improove but now that I am jumping really high its difficult for me to add more inches to my jump. Someone has any tips or solutions for that? Keep in mind i am 15 years old and 5'6. Thank you.
Okay okay so I’m 5’8 and I’ve never dunked but I got hops I can jump pretty high I feel like I just don’t know how to properly jump or explode and I’m just curious what should I do to improve and be able to dunk??
I'm sorry you took it that way DOM, but we stand by our information and showing our players that the path to results come through WORK and training- I take it you didn't watch the video?
Because for some people, they have a good diet, really good jump technique and they train all the time for a long time but their vertical leap is still low
