I think because most of young guys wants shortcuts, easy way. Kuba shows that's not only lifting, but they have to Think, make an effort, its like gym chess 🙂
its because many ppl think they already know everything and don't need to watch training videos in general. And ppl don't see who provides the actual valuable infomation
Because people only wants to follow what's flashy and trendy right now from guys like joesthetics etc instead of really learning the A-Z about bodybuilding
Absolutely love your content pal, I've missed watching John meadows but yourself and jp have definitely took over in my eyes with your Knowledge and the deliver of it 💯
Fantastic, well detailed ,but simple for people to understand tips for back training. It’s not “over complicating” things to explain the different ways to train the different divisions of the back. It’s optimizing training to not waste time. I love this shit
That tip you gave at the end about lifting your elbow away from the pad during the curls is really a game changer. I recently started following that cue and the tension you get in the stretched position is insane!
I unfortunately live in a small town with a small gym and don’t have access to these machines but the knowledge is still useful and I can find ways to apply it
Always great videos, been in the gym for 1 year now, your content in the last 6 months has really made me be able to feel my lats, just need to work on mid back now, thanks tho
Keep up the videos mate, top stuff! Implementing so much of your info in my training now. Those who have the chance to train in ultra flex with you and around you must be so lucky!
Great video Kuba and Meg. Pull is my favourite day so some great advice here to put into use. I do follow a similar structure but with all the tips and extra nuances you have offered I think I can greatly improve my pull day so thanks 👍
I like to hip hinge on my leg day too. I do a leg curl variation first because my hammies just feel much better in the hip hinge when fully warmed and it doesn’t seem to take anything away from my strength either. I found them a bit much on my pull day due to all the other pull volume.
@@KubaSylvesterCielen you do this for yourself bro, fair its nice to get the trophies and the plaudits, but it’s the journey that counts, the everyday grind and passion for your endeavour, not the destination
