The only haunted house that ever actually scared me was The Nightmare Factory in Niederwald Texas. It has been closed for years. Probably because Niederwald is a small town in the middle of nowhere and House of Torment opened up in Austin. House of Torment is pretty good... But it still absolutely cannot compare to The Nightmare Factory. I havent been to a haunted house in over 5 years. A big part of that is probably because of the scariest experience ever! And it had nothing to do with the actual haunted house. My friends and I went to House of Torment and we were having a great time. Then we came to the only part of haunted houses that I really really hate. You have to squeeze through two inflated balloon walls. It's basically like someone took two bounce houses and smushed them together, then made people walk through the tiny space between while the rubbery vinyl of the walls squeezes them from every direction. (shudders) Gah I hate those things! Anyway while going through this giant squeeze tube from hell, my friend's little sister had a seizure. She just kind of froze, her body went rigid, and she was completely unresponsive. After that ambulance ride I just really don't do haunted houses anymore.

that episode was crazy but it's nice of you brother to respond sometimes it's hard to believe this happened.

Oh the memories of the time my aunt took me to the local haunted house but their monster suits were very detailed and massive and scary the second we crossed the door I calapsed screaming in the corner and they stopped the haunted house because I was 8 and have epilepsy we left very quickly

One time my family convinced me to walk on the creepy dark path to a haunted house (It wasn't the path itself I was scared of, I just hate the dark, & it was still warm enough for rattlers to be out). What I didn't know is that some of them went ahead & told the actors my name, so they could give me the extra scare when they popped out on the path. Honestly, after that jumpscare, the other actors didn't seem so bad, & were a little confused at my lack of reaction.
