I'd say only threaten breaking up if you've got a better option when she's not in line. Like if she doesn't disclose what conversations she has with other people and the nature of these conversations, then I'd say getting her therapy and yourselves couple therapy so you'd be green-lit to have her social media accounts and her family might be involved to determine upbringing. And about breaking up whether she intended cheating and whether she has remorse, and would not downward spiral, is likely to be the deciding factor. She'll likely see the extent you're taking it seriously and be ashamed and get in line.
