Naan and Roti Prata (we call it Roti Chanai in Malaysia) are two of my favourite Indian breads. Even though I grew up in Malaysia, admittedly the first time I had naan was in Australia! Lol! They Indian restaurant I went to had never heard of roti chanai so disappointedly I picked naan from the bread menu to go with the curry. After that I was hooked and since then I've discovered they are so many various flavored naan...garlic naan, cheese naan, spinach naan, cummin naan, herbs naan, and the list goes on! I can truly say I am now NAAN the wiser since the first bite! Lol!
