On sirius blac earl is saying "talk out the side of your mouth like harv dent" meaning harvey dent which is two face in the batman comics. Half of his face is missing causing him to talk out the side of his face, Thats why he says two face before hand. Talk out the side of your mouth also means to talk shit behind his back causing him to leave you "parked" as in dead or unconscious cause you cant move and are parked in spot
