no, she highlighted the previous history of racism at Indian wells as experienced by serena and venus many years ago which resulted in their boycott of the event. naomi didn't say what was said to her was racist, she merely made everyone aware that her reaction was partly because of the previous history of racism at the event and how this is probably traumatic for a woman of colour.
