This is my build for Naru Meha, Master Wizard. This is a strong combo deck that controls the deck with counter spells until tutoring or drawing into infinity and beyond.
There are 3 other ways to use infinite copy spells to draw your library or mill your opponents out for the win.

Dude this was really awesome thank you. I just got a super super budget version of this deck and i wanted to upgrade it but i didn't know how so this helped a ton.

Love it! I want to get into cEDH a little bit I can’t understand the meta (gitrog, korbold, zur are all decks that I’ve tried to play, but my small brain doesn’t comprehend what I’m supposed to be doing.) this deck has a very clear goal, and is pretty intuitive. Thanks a bunch! ❤️

Thank you! I should add that there is a new spell from Baldur's Gate called "Blur" that will also combo and draw your whole library with Naru Meha! gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=562941 You just need one other creature on your battlefield to target with the original copy to pop it off.

i dont understand the gohstly flicker and the capsize one, care to explain pls? :D

There are a couple steps to the process. First, generate infinite blue mana. With Ghostly Flicker on the stack targeting two of your lands, flash in Naru Meha and target the Ghostly Flicker with the copy ability. Now, target your commander and one land at a time to repeatedly copy the flicker and generate infinite blue mana and untap all your lands. You can also achieve infinite ETB effects with this loop. Step 2 is to cast Capsize targeting your opponents permanents (lands included :X) bouncing them to their hands, paying 3 mana each time to return Capsize to your hand after it resolves, allowing you to cast it as many times as needed with your infinite mana supply. The opponent may concede at this point... lol
